For anyone wondering where I disappeared to yesterday - my neighbor that is always going on about how great ketones are brought me some and I had a horrible reaction to the one I drank. Liz had one but no reaction. Even though mine was "caffeine free" I was high as a kite and trembling and then couldn't sleep last night. Going to bed in a few after I finish some chores. :-P

nah, son brought it home, hes still coughing.. just hoping my daughter doesn't get sick now. they have 3 days left of school and swimming on tuesday for the one day.

Kids have a way with bringing colds and bugs home when they're younger. While I was mostly humoring my neighbor I was curious to try it. I think it's a total scam as you can't even sign up for the web site without paying a sizable fee to join. 😳 It has helped her lose a ton of weight though. And while my weight is good at the moment, when it starts to creep up I just adjust my food intake. :-)

she sent a surprise party in a box. Little balloons, some handmade pressies, pop up present boxes that had confetti too. It was so sweet and surprising just made me smile and feel loved. There was also a lovely letter in it too.

It was hurting last night--I think I hit it or something. but it doesn't hurt like that right now so I'm hopeful it's healing and I can finally be done with this stupid cast soon lol. I'm so over it after 3 months.
