Been adjusting to retirement and it isn't as smooth as I thought it would be but I'm getting there.

Yes, mine browsing has shown their limited but sufficient capacity. Mine glad to see iTunes is available on this system.

Mine disabled, but physically able bodied. So far mine studying to break off from this position. Mine feel useless not working, regardless of what some set of conditions may label mine.

- I understand that...I was feeling some of that uselessness also. After all those years of working and my identity was tied up in that. I thought it would be easier to "switch gears" to retirement because it meant freedom...but I was surprised it wasn't as easy as I thought.

very interesting question. I wonder.... the original descriptions from the bible indicate that the people carrying the ark would have to have been over 8 feet tall, unless they supported the poles over their heads! I couldn't find a Biblical rendition (I have been looking for hours....)

- hehe the computer, the phone and Netflix are too tempting. I enjoy those things but lately I try to get things done around here. Yesterday I did a few things then wanted to stop and told myself "just keep swimming just keep swimming"...hehe it worked...kept me going :)

Mine didn't think it could be found, mine bought a copy of "Alone in the Wilderness". THAT is how mine envision retirement. Richard Proenneke is whom mine admire when it comes to where someone like mine wants to go. Mine gonna learn a lot from this sample of his journey.

: We have some pretty wild wilderness here in Glen Meadow. You can start on the Meadow Floor and set up pup tents along Misty Creek. You're only a few hundred yards from the road, but there's no other humans around. If you get tired of that, the Skunk and Stoat Inn is just up the road and they have some very fine rooms and great food. Plus...I live nearby and if you get a bee sting or a bug bite, you can come up to Healer's Hall and let me take care of you. You haven't ever had medical treatment that rivals the kind of work a weasel can do to you.

Nest week is the last shop before finals. Zo, mine will seize the opportunity to look into mine car's exhaust leak. The class was given out grades, four "A"s and the remainder "B"s. Mine checked the online progress report, an it seems mine skipped a chapter. It's due today, an mine debating whether to try to complete it, or let it slide.

: Yes, there are "hookups" at the Skunk and Stoat for about 10 RVs. The little campsite down by Misty Creek is very primitive, no facilities at all, but you can back a small trailer down the gravel road to the stream and set up camp. It's on a first come basis. It's super private too, it's surrounded by cottonwood, birch and oak. There's even fish in the creek, California Brown Trout. You might even see cousin Bosco Wheezle down there.

: There's not much building going up here in Sequoia county. Mostly because it is the 'lost' county of California. Officially, Sequoia County was wiped off the map during the firestorm of 1964. I don't know where you would get a permit. Or a real estate agent. But you could come and live here at Healers Hall. All the cubicles are human-sized.

I love reading back on those memories, they help bring my mood up when I need a good laugh :)

: and I have been on the same Wayward Squirrel team for the last six adventures that GreenRowan runs from time to time. A couple adventures ago, there was this epic air battle between ‘the invaders’ and ‘The Protectors.’ Somehow, our team managed to get every group coordinated to write this colossal air combat mission. Our team was flying a turtle-shaped gunship. Glitters character was the pilot, my character was operating a gun turret and Merlots character was teathered in the cargo bay pushing ordinance out the back. I got knocked out and Merlot got blown out the back, and while teathered and dangling out the back, managed to drop the killing blow of explosive s onto the enemy ship at the last second. Then everybody joined paws and sang “Happy Ending”

Thank you! One of them any adventures with and I along with a few others. That was some intense writing for I feel everyone! It had it small bits of humor, but my character being blown out of a cargo hold...super scary!
