lmao yeah there's no way i'm doing this without a 100% blocker in my opener and just hoping i can freeze chain him before he thaws out and one-shots me. xD slotted everything i could with freezing crystals and doing a lot better than i thought i was going to haha
now here come the 504 errors...
I don't know what you guys are talking about, the lag's not that ba -----------
It's for a single pet, just as it has always been! There's no cumulative damage prize.
I don't have time to be a top percentage dealer I don't think, so I'm hoping just getting to 15 mil will be enough to get all prizes.
Thank you! :)
I have a high t10 pet, trying to get that 15 mill.
I’ve fought him about 10 times and he one shots me every time, so I’ve basically given up on trying to freeze him for a turn to do more damage.
Currently using a combo of blessed trident and acorn bomb + morosbane scroll to do the most damage per my one turn which is netting me between 1-1.5k damage.
Would buying a rainbow vortex help me at this point? I dunno if I have it in me to battle 10k+ times in the next few days
It should and having a Rainbow Vortex at all is a worthy investment.
A combination of a full blocker and a freezer might help you get up a freezing chain with scrolls.
thank you! I’ll definitely get a vortex. Unfortunately I don’t have any freezing scrolls. My AP is fairly low (101) and my scroll collection is sad. (I have Devine denizen, 2 morosbane, a sancturia exodin, and 2 cobalt eternals)
Which are the best weapons for getting as much damage as possible against Hydragellos?
Is it worth freezing or just get in as many shots as I can with my best weapons?
Best weapons I have are:
as well as
and
plus I have but I don't know how helpful defense would be when ultimately I'm just trying to get in damage

if you can beat the gelly stompers 5 times you get basically the best freezing scroll available :)
Next best is Shriek of Despair but they're pretty expensive after November (you can win them from Nightlady, a Morostide opponent)
If you don't have the budget, you can pick up Gale Force scrolls in the battle shop for tokens.
the only way you'll last more than a couple turns is by landing a chain freeze on him. Ideally you want your first turn to be a full block and a freezer, and then whale on him for as long as your scrolls last.
If you have the Hydragellos Lost Tooth, it does bonus damage against him.
is it possible for a tier 10 pet to beat the jelly stompers? o_O my tier 11 couldn't even get one win in but i also don't have any of the mega expensive weapons like the ether lmao
but yeah, definitely start with a 100% blocker and a freezer in the first turn and then set up as many freezing scrolls and bombs as you can fit before he thaws out and smashes you. is a lot cheaper than the vortex but either weapon is worth getting.
But is there a benefit to lasting more than 2 or 3 turns if all I'm trying to do is the most damage? I'm doing around 1500 damage per turn.
I do have several chance of freezing scrolls, so I could use those, but they don't help me heal, so it wouldn't necessarily help me last longer I feel like.

fewer knockouts = fewer healer fees, and it's fewer clicks to stay in the same battle vs healing and going back in. It doesn't make any real difference in terms of damage dealt or whatever, unless you're using something like Cronus and boosting every turn.
Got a random event when I went to fight the hydra again:
Looks like Tempest has given us all her good luck wishes for the battle ahead!
tfw your scrolls do their job properly and chain freeze after chain freeze

It's really weird being able to last more than 3 rounds....
I’m 20% of the way there. The lag isn’t helping my focus
