wow that sounds like a nightmare :/ Eh not really. Melody at a rock Monday night. I spent all of yesterday putting chicken wire around any spot with rocks or mulch and still have two spots left. BUT then this morning she started vomiting so I had to take her to the vets and checked to make sure she didn't have a rock stuck in her body. She was cleared--no obstructions. Given a shot of anti-nausea meds and put on a bland diet of chicken and rice in several small amounts for a few days. I know she's hungry but I gave her half of her dinner now and will give the other half in 2 hours when she's up from her nap. So it's been a long day with pain form yesterday.

they were not the cheapest no. Good vets though. Still I am happy with the new vets so far. Read above lol. I've a had a fun trip to the vet's today -_- man that sucks. Go to petsmart for the nail clipping at least o.0 that's awful.

Oh man!! Why do dogs do stuff like that. I am glad she was cleared though. 👏 It's a good thing you have a new vet that you like. I live in a city that's on a big hill so the vets are limited and probably why the ones here won't take new clients. I should just be ready to drive further and try to find another one.

I'm hoping, tentatively that she'll be able to keep things down and back to normal. But I can't help feeling worried and in a poor mood because of it -sighs- Anyway... Yeah we drove to one that was like an hour away at our old house. Better service, better prices, better people lol.

Generally speaking I think boys are harder when they're young and girls are harder when they're older. Either way it's never easy raising kids. 😳 I would be going nuts having them in my house working on it for so long. And I know the inconvenience of your bathroom being tore up is a pain too! Hopefully, they do a good job!!

right? ugh. Melody tried to eat another rock just now. But I got it away from her. It's frustrating. I have no idea... dogs are crazy I guess. I agree though it doesnt look appealing at all.

I'm sure I'll calm down soon. its been exhausting and I can't help remembering the parvo with how this started. Hopefully I'll see her back to normal which will make me calmer. lol she really has. She got another rock just a moment ago but I got it away from her. I'll let you know.

As soon as she has all her shots I'm gonna see if I can enroll her in some dog training. I'm working on Leave it and Drop it, but I think maybe having someone else to help me might be necessary

Dog training is probably a good idea for sure. That would be smart! That way she will listen you you specifically.

-nods- She's already learnt sit and is working on Down... and we're working on stay as well. But I've totally been doing leave it to get her away from anything she's not supposed to get--rocks, bark, the cats LOL. Man its a lot of work, but it is worth it--as least that's what I'm telling myself lmao.
