Me too! I don't think I have used any of the items from the past few years except for maybe a disco floor and backgrounds. I would love some pretty gowns <3

Hey Sharks... It's been forever and two username changes ago since I participated in Shark stuff but I'm still subscribed to the pings so I figured I'd randomly answer one. If anyone here will still remember me at all, it would probably be under the name Diesel, which I changed years ago. What is socializing, I don't know how to do that lol. But I'm excited for Masq!

Allow me to attempt the surefire method of making friends by sharing my apparently unpopular opinions! I hope for lots more neon, glowy, cyberpunk, modern tech and robot items and I don't care about getting any more Victorian steampunk stuff. All that loose clothing and lace just binds up my gears.

Oh and I always enjoy getting more drinks from the lounge for my gallery. Space-themed ones and wacky science concoctions are my fave. Extra points if they might be radioactive!

I would love a plot but I don't expect we'll see a real plot again in the foreseeable future. Staff is spread too thin. I think we're lucky to still get bare-bones events with some pretty new items. Not to be a downer (sorry), just being realistic. I think a lot of the frustration on this site comes from expectations they just don't have the capacity to meet right now. But hopefully again someday...

I would love some new dresses or skirts and I also love corsets. I don't really care about the colors since it depends on my mood as to what colors I prefer whether bright or dark. I would love a plot or something, but agree that it probably won't happen.

Hi! :) That is a really nice outfit! I'm just not the frills type lol. I actually hope they will provide a balanced mix of steampunk and cyberpunk items, because I do believe there should be something for everyone, I just wouldn't personally be excited about lacy dresses and ballgowns.

My gourmand will certainly be happy to consume any new food and drinks. I only really collect alcohol and alcohol-adjacent beverages and snacks in my gallery though. Not really sure why, I guess I just started collecting them because the art always looks so nice. I recently adopted a pet that I've been thinking of as some sort of club owner or bartender character; I might move all of that into his TC.

Other things I'd like to see are an expansion of Lower Ziara (lore, items, map, whatever) and a makeover for the contents of the Atebus Shop. I love space but the stuff in there is so outdated it's unusable. 😬

That's my thoughts about plots too. While I would love to see more, there need more staff to help with all the behind the scenes stuff. As it is, given how many people they have, I think they do a decent job keeping the site together during events. My husband is a computer programmer, so I understand how much work goes into the back end of things and how much time things can take to fix if a bug/glitch is discovered. I honestly feel bad for TNT when people get frustrated and lash out. A lot of them have no idea how much work goes into keeping a site like this running smoothly.

~ Love the steampunk too. The cyberpunk is great as well, but I have a soft spot for steampunk. Depending on how comfortable we feel going out, we might be going to a Steampunk Festival next weekend, but there is also a Court of Honor for one of the Boy Scouts in my sons' Scout Troop at the same time, so the running thought is we will probably go to the Steampunk Festival next year.

Also, Covid test came back Negative!! One more day of masking and I am free!!

I'll probably be happy with whatever items we get for Masquerade, although I tend to favor the more cyberpunk/futuristic kind of stuff as well. But yeah I also like seeing all of the ideas that staff comes up with for the food and drinks and everything, so I'll enjoy it no matter what there is!

I love your spoiler outfit and would so wear it on here or in R/L. I can not wait to see all the new stuff.

With Masquerade just around the corner I'm excited!! I always love all the new items in the Lounge and Steamworks. I agree with you and about the elegant clothes. I think we need more furniture wearables too. :) Oh and the steampunk outfit is something I would wear on Subeta and in real life, if I could pull it off. :)

Yeah, I get frustrated with the bugs too of course (especially if they go unacknowledged for a long time) but I try to be patient since I know they are doing the best they can. I like to remember that we are really lucky Subeta is still around and under the same ownership (that actually cares about it) rather than being shut down or sold off to some company that would inevitably ruin it.

I want to see a Lower Ziara nightclub dancefloor as an alternative to the fancy ballroom! I have no idea how that would work (randomly sent to one or the other for each dance? you choose to accept an invitation to Upper or Lower Ziara's celebrations at the beginning of the event? and maybe then you could only dance with other users who accepted the same invitation as you?) Guess it would make the event needlessly complicated but I want it. My outfits always clash with the ballroom backdrop and I feel really out of place there lol

No worries! I'm not always the best at being social and stuff like that either, so I get it. Your new UN is cool too though!

I'm also excited for the battling that usually comes with the event, and if there will be any new loot items this year. Although I'm not sure if there will be, since we got new loot for the Panzer Hydras last year I think, but it will still be fun to beat them up again haha.
