Thanks. :)

I globbed up all her time, yakkin' with her. She is a wonderful listener. ;)
Definitely an awesome HA! Dreams are so lovely....ahhhhhh, yes! So you did decide to purchase your sister's neighbor's truck?
Mine have a watered down version irl, but mine doubt getting alterations be within mine budget.
Oh boy! Mine ran into an obstacle when at mine bank, since the check is under two names it could not be processed. They suggested to call the insurance company to ask for a reissue under just mine. That may have to wait until Monday. Well, one more hurdle, iz al.
Got an anonymous gift, mine do that too. ([Item=Feesch] Pucker up, little one!)
what type of alteration would you want, if money was no object?
Ah rats! That's too bad about the check. I hope it's an easy fix for you.
That is one pretty fish! :O
That very lifelike, maybe lifesized...and anatomically correct for a matriarch Zentu.
Mine did keep the paperwork from the insurance, that a contact be found.
Took mine long enough to find a flip phone, nowadays even prepaid carriers are thinning out any options. But a clearance sale yielded a choice. So, mine waiting to see if the activation is finalized. Like mine told Judy, mine needed to diminish any acces online on mine chassis. A simple phone is al mine need.
Like the ones that glow under blacklight, makes mine wonder if any glow in IR.
They are so fascinating! I had two bettas, about 40 or so years ago, and they were just amazing to watch. One royal blue, one red, and I had so much fun watching them flit towards each other in their respective bowls. OoooooooWEEEEEEE, they were so FAST! :O
Today's shop was very productive, our instructor brought in a manual transmission truck to change it's clutch assembly. It required a removal of the transmission, and disconnection of the drivetrain. There were no obstacles that would stop the replacement. The class made good time with the overall procedure, which covered the subject for the week.
After finishing, a few stayed to use that time for other jobs. The truck also needed a brake job, which required a resurfacing of the front discs. Mine chose to stay for a refresher of the resurfacing machine. In the end, the front discs may hold out for a time, but they will have to be replaced. This experience is a good reinforcement of what mine practiced last semester. Some more practice, an mine think passing a level 2 certification test is doable.
So does there come a time in your course, where you have to show all this knowledge at once, or does it come from all the classes? Like, is there a final exam at some point, to show what all you have learned? That's a lot of knowledge! :O OH! And do you cover electric cars?
So far no final exam includes a demonstration of the subject. Mine friend told about classes where students rebuild an engine from a part selection, or such. Mine hadn't been subjected to any kind of hands on finals. Which does have some blame on this bloody plague.
Mine does not know by what means any testing can be conducted to gain certification.
Electric and hybrid was very briefly covered, but this college does not offer much in depth courses that mine know about.
All this knowledge is best learned by example and practice. After the semester mine plan to remove the engine from a 74 Chateau. Try to hone some basic and intermediate skill. Whether the engine is salvageable will be determined.
I'll be interested to see how your testing in this class transpires towards the end, and how they end up testing your knowledge of all the components. I have always been interested in testing methods, and how people learn things, and I love the way you describe how they teach there, and all the things you are learning. So interesting. And that 74 Chateau project sounds fun! :O
fascinating to read about your class activities. i work with 6-7 year olds all day, come home to exhaustion and my thoughts, or have kiddies around distracting me. I like hearing about your class teamwork.
i love the little violin playing mouse on your HA! :D I have a week to complete a crocheting goal I made for myself. AAAAAAARGH! Procrastination is winning....
I SO admire goal achievers!
Thank you! I love working on achievements :)

I just turned 62. I cannot imagine being retired. Maybe if I keep falling asleep in class... hehehe It's a struggle to sit there and do nothing. I am a medical aide, just there for emergencies. I can do a lot more, maybe next year. ;)
