There’s 10 slots for weapons, plenty of room to keep this in your set for the tail end of the battle.
I am absolutely bringing this in for fights (especially long ones) because it outdamages almost every weapon in the game at under 25%.
Well, I must be doing something right, or I'm just lucky...despite not having the best scrolls for beating her, I did it! Five times too! No more for now...

but then you are breaking the flow of just button mashing with preselect and you are just making the battle take more time.
I just tested it against Baeunwrath since in theory it does a lot of light damage, and even has a scroll that does water damage, but like I suspected, I hit 25%, and immediately died as my mitigation crashed out.
I got win 25 and 26 on Prakharesh, but then died attempting win 27 at about 15% HP left when my health bar was relatively stable in the beginning and then just started spiking all over the place as I hit the 3rd stage.
It might be the right call for Prakeresh because of the scroll disabler still, but if it was just the base stats the entire way through the battle, I think it would be a much better weapon overall.

High speed, no freeze chain, and chance for disabled scrolls and weapon curse is a very fun combo to fight against.
It's also nice to see a new weapon as well. Quite interesting one at that. It makes a powerful damage dealer below 50 at the cost of healing - a pretty good trade given its damage output. Though, it does mean working out alternate dmg mitigation if ~800hp/turn is keeping you alive.
Maybe some day we'll see opponents with thresholds / phases as well... Would be awesome to see an opponent stop attacking after 50% and just spam boosts then proceed to the final phase at 10% to annihilate you. Or cast a doom curse at 10% that instakill you after 5 turns.
[edit] Halberd doesn't look like it has a heal cap... not sure if that's expected though.
[edit] Some quick math... Halberd under 25 beats SRB in pure damage output:
Halberd = 99.48 (60+38.16+15) - curse at 50% activation for 3 turns is pretty much 100% uptime SRB = 98.14 (61.5+48.16+4) - curse similarly at 100% uptime Shinwas Lighting = 89.8 (49+58.16) BStaff = 89.4 (43+8.165+2820.1)
Honestly, I dont like that T10s are powercreeping T11s and T12s in damage.
That makes it even better than what I initially expected, so it is quite literally the hardest hitting weapon (that’s not a bomb) under the appropriate circumstances.
Not sure if it’s actually 50%, but that’s what it appears to be from my testing.
I do agree about the tiers, think the halberd should’ve been made (at least) T11 with the way it performs. Really good and unique weapon.
It's probably about 50% from my testing too. I did about 20 turns with no curse active under 25%HP, and it was about 50%. I wouldn't be shocked if it was somewhere between 40-60%
I don't think that the stage 3 halberd being at 99 icons is that much of a problem comsidering it's at closer to 40Icons for 50% of the battle. So you either using it straight through a battle in which case your losing a lot of that higher damage or your putting in a lot of extra clicks to squeeze out some extra damage (in a game where extra damage often doesn't mean a ton.)
It's not like I'm going to be using Baal + SRB, and then switch to SRB + HOII for the last 25% of the battle.
Although I'm curious how it will work with boss battles? I'm assuming they are just going to bring back the infinity health bosses, but if they actually keep the boss alive and make us kill it, HOII would be the best weapon there by far.

I got really lucky on that fifth win. Accidentally clicked both my healers on one turn but thanks to blasting, mods, and scrolls managed to make health back when needed.
