I didn't think I would be able to post this message with the site forums and wardrobe not working. But I guess I caught both at a good time.

I live in Japan, and here, the people don't celebrate Halloween. In my home, you'll see more of a fall decor with sprinkles of Halloween. So on a "normal" Sunday like today, I'll be in my kitchen drinking tea and getting ready to meal prep for the week.

Here's a "photo" of me on Halloween! Stayed home in my hoodie munching on candy with my kitties and hanging out with my mom :) we only get a handful of trick or treaters here every year, so it was a pretty peaceful night. The sounds of fireworks were pretty loud, though, and scared my cats for a while lol

i think my overall favorite was week 1 with making an outfit based around autumn treats- i really liked everyones entry that week and it was so hard to choose :) second would be week 5 with us all making HA's of ourselves. i've always liked doing that

favorite prompt was subq mix n' match! really fun to mix & match like that + it also gave me ideas for a lot of those items outside of morostide season when i'd normally use them! :)

I joined midway through this event, but my fav "prompt" was monster week because it took me out of my comfort zone, as I don't usually make monster-y type HAs!

I really liked all the prompts! Although I missed out on the first week, I think that was an especially cool prompt that called for more creativity and all the entries were awesome and pretty. (I also personally really enjoyed the ToT item prompt too as I challenged myself to use one of the more difficult items!) There were so many amazing entries throughout the entire contest so it's tough to pick a fave, but I think I'd have to say it was 's winning entry in the first week 😍

Also, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for hosting this contest! It was really well presented, and I enjoyed the layout whenever you posted the winners - how there were honourable mentions, how well you explained your decision for the winning entries, and all the cute gifs (you always managed to find ones that match the HAs so well!) I also really appreciated all the spooky-themed participation gifts as well ❤️ I really had so much fun here, and look forward to any more contests you may hold in the future ^^

I am so glad you liked my HA! And yes, he did bake the cookies with his own head. It took him years of proper posture practice, but now he is able to balance a cookie tray on his head for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. :P
