Give it a shot! There are tons of resume building websites out there and templates available. Don't let a little paperwork stop you from trying. :)
I love that response, haha! It is how I felt when Maplestory had opened up community positions :p When you've started playing a site when you were younger, there are bound to be some...less than ideal situations xD
Thank you both for your kind words! 😭 I will definitely see what I can do because I've loved this site for a long time and can't let this chance pass me by! (And thank you for the offer, kudzu, I'll probly take you up on that but don't want to bother you before I try to figure things out for myself first c: )
I seem to be getting “non-deliverable” reply when attempting to send in my résumé. To clarify: jobs@*subeta.net, minus the asterisk to avoid pinging, correct? I’ve attempted twice. 😁

Oh, edited to add I’m using a Yahoo! email address!

Edit two: I sent it from my GMail instead and that seemed to work fine!
(This is offered as potentially useful information but is not official communication or implied to be Subeta-format or Subeta-preferred. I can remove this if staff prefers.)
For people looking to make their resumé, here's a format I've generally used and seen used for clarity and readability:
NAME contact info
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE General description of previous experience and/or description of what you can offer in strengths. Specific achievements can go here as well, or you can put them in a separate section. This can also be a place to describe overall career trajectory, or describe arcs of time to fill in gaps in specific work history dates (independent contractor since 19/20XX, communication skills gained from volunteer work or community involvement since 19/20XX, etc). You can also use this section to address the job you want and include specifics about what you're applying for, rather than writing an entire cover letter.
SKILLS: Soft skills as well as hard skills, putting Notions or other project management software could also go under here.
(optional) ACCOMPLISHMENTS (optionally adding here instead of skills) SOFTWARE USED
EXPERIENCE/PROJECTS (list most recent work first and work backwards): Job title Dates worked/Duration Description of job duties, you can also/instead put accomplishments inline here per job if you want
repeating as needed
(Volunteer stints or short-term projects can be put in here! They count as experience!)
EDUCATION Put education here

No sweat, whatever you're comfortable with! You wouldn't be a bother; I offered, after all! ^^
Oh, to add to what mentioned, Word and OpenOffice have free résumé templates as well. Additionally, if you have an Indeed account it automatically allows a PDF download of your inputted information!
This is a great idea and obviously something that’s been in the works. These sorts of positions are incredibly helpful in all sorts of organizations. I think this is very well done and I look forward to seeing what it looks like in six months or next year, when it’s fully developed! The early stages are always exciting, but the payoff is better.

Good luck to all you US folks, can't wait to see who ends up getting the job!
If you ever open up any roles (even volunteer!) to the UK/England I would love to get involved!
Damn, the first WAH job I've seen in months that isn't a scam and I can't apply because I don't have a resume because no work history. ;_; I'd be excellent at this job bc I'm pretty much always home and on here and I'm a fast learner when it comes to software.
Can I ask, do you have to be a US resident to apply?
Love may not always be destiny, But a Gift.

You don't need work history to do up a resume! Add any volunteer work, computer skills (what programs you're proficient in, etc.), classes in school if any, etc. that might be applicable. Even if you don't think they're applicable; add them! It's always worth a shot, no matter what!
, hmmm. Well, maybe I will apply.
The biggest skill for this, I think, is likely to be those communication skills. Have you ever organized a food drive or been part of a volunteer organization? Do you organize fic exchanges, or moderate forums or Discord channels? Have you ever been responsible for time-sensitive deliverables? Even if those weren't paid exactly or jobs, they'd still be relevant.
EDIT: I also redid my post a little bit to phrase it as Experience rather than Work History.
