: I'm happy to hear about Michael's swimming lesson. I learned to swim almost as soon as I learned to walk. My Daddy taught me down in the little pond near Misty Creek. I loved being a "water-baby". I take it that humans don't normally teach their offspring to dive for fish at an early age. Michael seems like a water-baby too. He is so cute, I love seeing his pictures on FB. Watermelon Ice cream is very good, it's actually a sherbert. I accidentally discovered that I like watermelon with Tajin seasoning on it last summer when I visited my Author. This year, we tried watermelon sherbert and I was curious what it would taste like with a few drops of chocolate sauce on it. Well, I got the chocolate sauce mixed up with the barbecue sauce and I was pleasantly surprised. Sweet, savory, spicy and cold. A taste explosion in my mouth. Not for everybody, but for a little pregnant weasel-girl...it hits a lot of spots.

My dear Friends...are any of you also having issues with the forums not loading? I know that my internet is spotty at times, especially when it gets really hot and the power goes down in our area and I lose connection with the Wi-Fi server that I "borrow" my connection with...AHEM! But when there is power and my iPad is fully charged, I still have problems getting the forums to load. The little black bars just vibrate and vibrate and vibrate and nothing happens. No Lairbears! It makes my tail get all fluffy and angry.

Got to help mow a lawn! My Author uses a device called a WeedHacker to cut the tall grasses in his front yard. Then he makes his grandson push this thingie called a &^!!@# piece of %$#@!! ( I don't really know if what he says are actual words, they sound more like growls and roars) that is loud and smoky and it makes the grasses even smaller and it farts the short grass pieces out a shoot into a bag. The grandson then takes the bag off and dumps it into a big plastic barrel and throws it on the ground and goes back and starts the &^!!@# piece of %$#@!! back up and blows grassy bits all over the place. That's where I come in! The grandson (his name is Bubba) gave me a rake and told me that if I rake up all the grassy bits and put it all in a big plastic bag, then I would get a Slurpee! I worked for two hours doing all that and then Bubba went home with his mother and sister while I was cooling off in the pool. (there's still no fish in the pool...darn it.) I think they went home to make the Slurpees.

: I Google-Translated that sentence about my tail from English into German and then back to English and was amused. I think I've tasted a Slurpee once, it wasn't frozen and it wasn't carbonated. It was in a plastic cup in the cup-holder in the backseat of the automobile and it was very warm and artificial fruit flavored. I wanted more. I'm doing good here. It's Saturday, so working out in the yard for a bit, then off to a tea house with some friends and their kiddos, same age as mine, and then swimming for a bit at the recreation center near us. How are you?

Being a mom is pretty awesome in my opinion. I may not be posting as much on FB anymore, I decided not to use a lot of my social accounts as much since they had taken over for awhile. I love your explanation of the name of a lawn mower and how it works. It made me giggle. Your description is pretty spot on though. We have a guy come and tend to our yard once a week, but he leaves the clippings on the ground though. I think it helps with the grass, kind of like a mulch in a way. Now I wonder if I raked them up, would I be able to use them in the garden. I must research this.

Anna gets the Amovig injection monthly(neurologist has so far kindly given her samples because gthey cost 670 each YIKES. She has two other meds to take but we dont have them yet and they are for when the migraine hit to tak a very limited use of them though. We gave her a new airconditioner system in her car for her Bday She loves it of course. The trips over an hour without the air would trigger a migraine if it was too hot so this is a treasure in more ways than one. My daughter Julie just bought her firat new car too and she is happy and giddy about it. Now they both have new cars to them.

Sounds like you had a wonderful day, I got up early and mowed my yard while it was still cool enough. I good a new battery operated lawnmower yesterday, I love it. No more, gas container and refill it, and no electric cord to watch while mowing. Just make sure battery is charged before I mow. Its not loud either, and easy to clean under carriage around the blade.

Oh I would have made your hubby cry, because I would have tied extra carts together and piled on all the cement, bricks, flowers, mulch, chemicals and plants I dream of. Oh I think I need a couple of trucks.

well i only spent 77$ is all i really needed plant wise..Big lavenders in the back nice and tall...colorfull lantanas next and then the very fron with lowgrowinspill flowers of a type i have not seen before and cant remember the name of right now creamy white bells going into yellow mellow colors inside and 2 of the biggest bags of soil amend they had :) I ususlly wind up with dinky plants and high hopes..this year i am like..i wanna enjoy it NOW goddammit not 3 years later..who knows whwere i will be then hahaha

Well hopefully you got annual plants, so they keep coming year after year. Use miracle grow, they will grow faster, and water in the early morning or after sun goes down. So the sun doesnt heat up the water on the plants

those are annuals that you need to replace. the perennials stay with ya. these are perinnials i got this time. HERE though the annuals come back as well my snapdragons reseed as they grow and keep on giving :)
