Niamh's arguing with whatever she's making (she wouldn't tell me what it was meant to be :P), but I got two out of three pairs of trousers taken up - the third pair Mum's not 100% certain on the length, so Grandad will have to try those on ;)

I can imagine that makes it more frustrating when she isn't allowed to do the chores she probably wants to get on with, and can't read to keep herself occupied either!

I totally get that, like me she is not the most patient person either. :P But the doc fixed her eye so that she will actually see better once it has healed, so she can look forward to that at least. :)

ooo now that was definitely a positive that she'll be able to see better once it's all healed up :d I can imagine that'd take quite a bit of getting used to though, especially if she had reasonably strong glasses beforehand!

ROFL I did alterations on a pair of jeans for Dad before, and made them too short (I didn't think they were too terrible, but he refused to wear them).... since then he's obviously lost height, as he's been wearing them quite often and isn't moaning how short they are 😇
