Approximate severity of the lag (for instance, how long do pages hang for - 5 seconds? a whole minute? etc) Manage Items page takes about 30 second to full load, however sending Invites via the Manage Passwords/Invites subsection can take an additional 30 seconds-minute, and sometimes no "Invite Sent' confirmation appears. Sometimes the name of the user to whom the last invite was sent does not appear in the Your Invites section of an item until the next invite is sent, leaving me to wonder if the invite actually went through. Sometimes the name never appears, and I have to check the Manage Invites page separately to confirm that the invite went through at all,

HOWEVER, due to lag on the Manage Invites page, sometimes event events that have indeed sent correctly do not appear immediately, causing me to resend the invite and end up with 2 invites out where I only wanted one. Refreshing the page does sometimes help, but when I'm trying to send multiple invites out at once, it's inconvenient to wait 30 seconds - 1 minute between invites, and then also have to wait and refresh the page to confirm the invite was sent.

The CW Directory in general does not load at all, no matter how long I've waited. Typing in a word to narrow down the search does allow the Directory to load.

3. Approximate time the lag started Last week's site update

I am getting lots of 504s today on User Dashboard, Shop Search, Games pages (Mallarchy Pond, Card Crusade, etc.)

It's really laggy today as I'm trying to sort my trick or treat candy. It takes about six seconds for the item info hover box to pop up. I just counted 15 seconds to get my inventory to load. I got a 504 at the self-sticking sticker station. 14 seconds to remove an item from the wishlist. A 504 when clicking on the item itself. 7 seconds to load the item options. etc etc.

I use Firefox and windows 10
Getting alot of error 504 pages randomly and the lag is pretty bad at this time.

Long loading times and 504 errors on serveral pages:

• While trying to load the Site Functionality Forum (https://subeta.net/forums.php/forum/285/Site-Functionality-Issues)
• While setting an alert for random (https://subeta.net/games/random.php)
• While visiting the pumpkin patch (https://subeta.net/explore/pumpkins.php)
• While trying to do a random trick or treat (https://subeta.net/profile.php?act=trickortreat&random=true)
• Logging in was slow as well, including the page where you input the pin.

i'm using google chrome tons of lag and 504 errors. everywhere on the site since yesterday

Lots of lag and 504s today.

504s all morning on forums, shops, games, shop search, wishlist

Getting a ton of lag (and one timeout error so far) today while doing quests. Forums seem pretty ok.

New morning. No Cloudflare so far, but lag continues from yesterday. I tried hard to start battling right away this time, but didn't get any further than the years before, when I left everything for the end. Not funny. Stealing all my time and not getting anything completed :-(

Forum and battle with some lags. Maybe spending more than 10 seconds to load sometimes. It got worse since 10am.

lag everywhere no matter what i do. please fix

Still same lag. Actually even worse. This is hindering progress fighting the tremendously huge line up of challengers big time. Don't let it go on over weekend, please :-(

Yeah, it's even laggier today. Must be the battling, I guess. It's weird because the first day or two of the event went so smoothly with no lag at all, at least for me.

No 504s, but the lag is pretty bad....everywhere.

Getting hit with some tremendous lag lately. Seems to strike on most of the quest pages, shop searches, pretty much the entire site. No 504 errors to report so far, luckily.

Lag is hitting hard today, some pages give 504s a few times (like inventory) but they go away... eventually.
