Kumos is completely unresponsive. I was in the middle of questing, trying to buy an item, when the page froze, couldn't return to the quest page, either. Opening the all quests page from bookmark or kumos.subeta.net doesn't work, either. Of course I now cannot complete my quests and claim the CSC.

I don't know if it is just me or not but today I am having a lot of trouble with both the Kumos and Subeta.net site. I keep getting the cloud error timeout code 504 even after refreshing. The Kumos site wasn't as bad at this site but however it was very slow to respond with the quests and now that I am on this site I am getting the Cloud Error Timeout Code 504 left and right it seems. Here is an example of what I keep getting today:

PS. If that is not all I am not getting my pets income either and haven't been since yesterday, the total at the bottom is sitting a zero and it is telling me No income to collect for your pets today, but I can click on the button to get the income and it will tell me that all income has been collected for today, but the total is sitting at zero still.

I'm using Samsung Browser and I didn't have an issue with Kimos site yesterday

Can anything be done about this awful lag and the error 504 timeouts? Happening on both Legacy and Kumos. It was bad last night (even when there were only like 150 users online), it was bad earlier today when I tried to restock a bit on my phone at work, it's still bad now (less than 200 users). It's an absolute slog to try to get through my quests. Trying to RS from the pirate shop is nearly impossible now; I miss the entire restock waiting for the page to reload. Everything was working fine for me up until last night though (and I wasn't having trouble grabbing stuff from the shop before; this isn't a generic complaint about the nature of the event).

Laaaag, cloudflare 504, 100 internal server error, white pages ever since 09/20, when I first posted.

Kumos also acting up a lot - even slower than usual, error pages, cloudflare 502, completely down for ? - I then give up and go to bed...

Also here to report the massive lag on both Kumos and here. Kumos being even slower. Buying an item from the NPC shops takes two seconds to even register it feels like. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Edit: Lag seems to be better now on both versions. Kumos is still slower than main, but that's always the case, unfortunately.

As far as this site goes I am still getting the Gateway Timeout and Cloudfare Error Code 504 no matter where I try to navigate this site and have been since Monday the 22nd and even if I manage to get anywhere it is so very laggy but I eventually manage to get where I am going with a lot of patience and do what I am working on at the time. I thought it was just me but from what I am seeing now it is not just me that is having the problems.

Lag and time out. Hard to do quests this way. So tired...

Impossible to get to the Kumos quests because of lag. The legacy site is lagging as well.

I'm hoping for better communication. It's been an overwhelming silence regarding lag, errors, downtime for the past weeks. Since half August, errors have been popping up in large numbers, people keep reporting, but there's been literally 0 updates.

Yep, Kumos is totally down for me too. I've been trying to get it to load for the last couple hours and I just keep getting 504 timeout errors.

Now Legacy is really slow and laggish, can't do quests, takes ages between pages

I'm getting a lot of 404 errors on Kumos and "This site cannot be reached" on Legacy Subeta. Both sites are also very slow and lagging

It's aaaages that I've last seen that: Layout broken - all top bar and sidebar fields are listed under each other, worth like 2 pages, no personal background, actual game field is a tad larger but with "normal" layout and working. Of course I have to scroll down worth of 2 or 3 pages to even reach it on every move. thus e.g. questing is kind of impossible

All CS items on the news page are missing their graphics and are also listed one under the other. . Fancy, when I started my session and called up the news page, Subeta "needed to check I am human"
