Hey all :) Hope everyone is well! It's icing out here. The trees are pretty, but the roads are terrible! My hard drive went kaput last night. So now I'm working on restoring all my programs and stuff... I may have lost all of my photos :( Makes me sad. sigh Oh well. I see there are still masks in the token shop if anyone still needs one!

Our winter weather isn’t much compared to some, but it has shut most things down and my front yard was covered in white stuff. (I guess the groundhog wasn’t kidding when he said six more weeks of winter! Hope you guys are keeping warm!
sorry about your computer, hopefully you can salvage some of it? Have you tried blowing on it? (Sorry I grew up in the age of the original Nintendo so that’s still my go to)

We've had ice & snow the past few days. I've been serenaded by machines cleaning things up. I was supposed to go walking Thurs... it got canceled. We're still in winter & mother nature is letting us know.
Dealing with a lot in RL. Things might take a turn for the better. I've hired a professional organizer to help create spaces for things so that I can function better. Getting ready for her first visit next Wed :)

LMAO I should’ve tried that!! But in all seriousness, I bought a special USB cable to hook the hard drive up and try to recover what’s been lost.

Inbetween trying to prepare for the organizer I'm still dealing with chaotic administrative stuff. Part of me just wants to shove everything under a blanket & I could hide under it as well. There are a few things that are turning around so hopefully, all the effort I'm putting into things will have a positive impact down the line.
Have you been able to recover the data? If not, sometimes a computer specialist can. Squishy hug ❤
the cable come in today so I’ll let you know. At least my PowerPoints were in my school’s platform so I could recover those. My best photos are posted on Facebook. There were a lot of old personal ones that I didn’t. It’s not the end of the world honestly. Just a lesson learned to back up everything! I’m sure you’re making a positive impact at your residence! Don’t give up!

I wanted to take a bath, the bathtub needs to be washed (cleaned a bunch of dirty things in it) and it's very late... I'll take it tomorrow.
well hubby plugged it in and it first said it would take 38,000 hours to fix, then after a few hours, it dropped to 18,000. This morning it said 9,000 hours. He said he grabbed some Windows files from it(not sure if they were useful). So he decided to do a reboot and now it's scanning. I dunno... it's probably not going to be successful, but we'll see.

Weather in Arkansas is crazy. There's still snow and ice everywhere from the storm last week, but it's over 60 degrees today so I drove home with the sunroof open!

I spent the day cleaning dirt & dust. I managed to throw out 1 large garbage bag & 1 large recycling bag. I am tuckered out.
======== edit: organizer came Wed. We were productive, but it was mentally draining. I have lots of homework to do... but 2 weeks to do it. I'm going to be able to use the space more efficiently, which is very exciting for me :D
