It depends what time you're on... more users more potential of people grabbing things. Also, verify time of item restock. If it starts to be past 15 min usually it'll restock around 21 min. Other times it's 1 min and completely empty, which means it's equivalent to a boxing day frenzied crowd ;) Make sure to refresh since the page doesn't auto-refresh. My 1st day didn't get anything of high value but 2nd had some great grabs :D Today... we'll see ;)
