That news post from last night spurred quite a bit of anger! LOL Did anyone manage to snag a box? I decided it wasn't worth the gamble, so I didn't bother.

I'm okay, the last year was rough, but the summer's been a touch better. Prepping myself for a bumpier winter, because winter is always bumpy even without the extra terribleness! Trying to see if I can get back into the swing of things around here, we'll see how much energy I have! lol

I've been okay! Just busy with work and stuff. I try to come by daily so I can get the bathhouse and train my battle pets. I'm looking forward to the pirates coming ashore :)

Ahhh, what'd I miss?

They released 2 chance boxes. One that held demi-godly weapons for 125 mil and the other that held godly weapons for 9 BIL! You can't even pick which one you want from the box. So in my case, Kwixis has recently become strong enough to battle with the big boys and get the big prizes, so I already own at least one of the items within the box. My luck, I would have gotten it again... and while I'd love to trade for a different item, it's highly unlikely that I'd find someone to trade with. Everyone else is pissed because they are limiting these items for those that just can afford it. They can't understand why the battle admins can't just re-release the old opponents, or give battlers who couldn't obtain these goodies, like Kwixis, to have a go at it now that he's stronger. They say it's to keep the value of the weapons. I just think it's stupid. I'm more upset that they have new wearables that will be on my wishlist forever because they chose to make these weapons wearable too (and they're kinda pretty) and near impossible to get. If they had just left them as weapons, then no big deal to me.

Ahh, yeah, that pretty much sucks. I like battling but I'm stuck in a vicious loop of not having good weapons so I can't win higher battles to earn higher rewards that will help me get better weapons sigh

I also don't have 9 BILLION sP to drop on a box, lol.
