I can't even fathom starting new with all these events! Adding all the items up must cost quite a bit!! And they still haven't put out the food trucks yet! I'm missing one food item from them. I hope everyone is staying healthy with the new variant lurking about. I just got word that one of my students is positive, so I've had to switch back to remote for their case study presentations. I was planning to do that anyway with the numbers on the rise. I think I'll be wearing my mask at the clinic again, just to be safe.

The Delta variant is spreading like wildfire down here :( If things don't start heading back in a better direction soon, I won't be headed back to Colorado and the kids might not be coming home for Christmas - rather being overly cautious than risk any of them getting sick :( Fingers crossed the spread stops (or at the very least slows) soon.. I read that some states are considering going back into lockdown again.. Florida won't be one of them, the governor has already stated as much.. and while I understand people are sick of quarantine, I completely disagree with his stand on things at the moment. Even going as far as to prevent schools from requiring masks when school starts in a couple weeks.. said, leave it for the parents to decide.. ugh..

Hope everyone stays safe and has a great week <3 I have some research to do on new trucks for the hubby - he's planning on getting a new one before the end of the year and depending on if they run the Jeep special again this year, I may or may not be getting a new jeep.. they ran it last year but there were no fun colors, just the basic white, black, and two shades of gray - so I'm hoping the 2022 will have a fun color I like.. if not, I'll wait, no rush on my end since I love my current truck <3

Someone mentioned that this new user name is very close to hers, and now I feel kinda bad about it. I wanted something to go with my purple fairy, since she's the same HA I made the very first time and I always use her, so I choose violet. Now I wish I had thought of another purple flower/object. I've tried and tried, but nothing sounds good with "fey" -- at least to my mind. Anybody got any ideas?

edit: I just thought of "orchid". How does that sound?

aww, I love your current UN, but I must admit that I nearly mistook you for her once, so I get it. I like orchid too. Thinking on other options, you have plum, lilac, periwinkle, amethyst, or lavender. Not sure if any of those will work, but I figured I’d throw those out to you.

Can't decide if I want to go to my medieval reenactment thing next weekend. I can wear a mask and they can not provide food but you can bring your own or go to one of the neighboring restaurants. Its in Illinois so there is that I could stay outside all day so. And everyone that plans to attend need to preregister or they get turned away.

Oh and I have some stickers in my trade if you like to deal with them. or anyone here could as well.
