Just curious if we'll ever see a return or new iteration of the old 'Recolors' page? (Where it listed each item and then its available recolors off to the side?)

I used this page quite heavily for planning releases / events / etc. Without it, I need to look through pages of cluster in the directory at the moment, and this becomes very easily too overwhelming when going through as many pages as I need to look through :S

(If the answer is 'not on the radar / not at the moment' can someone tell me where to suggest this? I cannot imagine I'm the only person who found this page beneficial?)

Hello! Sorry to be a bother, but I was wondering, if the Official Directory shows a different "Number Sold" from what was actually capped for old items, what should we do...?

I started going through my releases to add Releaser Notes for some of them, and I noticed that at least two of my previous releases from the old system show an incorrect "Number Sold" in the directory:

Directory shows "Number Sold: 33," but it was submitted as 6 batches, so only 30 copies were sold

Directory shows "Number Sold: 11," but it was submitted as 2 batches, so only 10 copies were sold

I haven't gone through all my items in the directory--I just noticed these two right away because they were the first CWs that I released. I don't know if it's a big deal or not, but I'm concerned if this incorrect information could make me liable. Like, could someone see this information and be like, "Hey, scammed me! She said only 30 copies of the golden diamonds were released, but the directory says 33 copies were sold"?

Hi I am having a problem with the new CW system trying to submit a CW. Here is a description of the issue I am having:

I am using an HP laptop with windows 10. I tried the windows edge browser and google chrome. Same issue on both.

The issue is happening on the page where you fill out the submission form.

I fill out the entire form. I know it's filled out 100% correctly. I've double, triple, and quadruple checked it. The box at the bottom is checked and I have enough CSC on hand for the submission cost. My files are the correct file type.

When I hit submit nothing happens except that for a second, the overlay example flashes with the broken image symbol (only for a moment but then goes back to normal) and thats it. It doesn't submit. It doesn't give me an error message. It just does nothing.

My friend also encountered this issue last night but she changed the file name and it went. She took out the caps in the file name. I do not have any caps in my file name and am still having the issue. I tried it again

My friend said this happened to her when she tried to submit a CW last night. She said she changed the file name from "crossneckCI.gif" to "crossneckci.gif" and it worked but neither of my file names have caps so we are unsure if her changing the file name had anything to do with it working again.

I have adblock on but only on my laptop. Once I renamed my file without caps, the CI image showed and I was able to click submit and everything went through.

I recently put 98% of my items as unlimited quantities for the holidays and I had tried 5 times total today (at different hours) to take them all off unlimited and once I save it all the items revert back to unlimited. Clearing the cache didn't work nor pressing save a few times-I use chrome on both my cellphone and computer and tried changing it on both. The only items I had set to continue being set to unlimited were these:

I tried it again. Still doing the same thing. I had adblock on but I disabled it. No change.

Having a bit of an issue with the "manage invites" part of the new CW shop. Since it only lists the last 5 invites you sent out for an item and not the whole list, it's not possible to see who hasn't redeemed theirs yet in previous outgoing invites.

I tend to send out a reminder in the final 3 days for people who haven't gotten their copies for them to do so before the invite is no good anymore (sometimes the ping gets buried under other events, life happens and they miss it and need a poke yada yada) and I can't do that now. x_x

Is there any way to see "unredeemed" invites we've sent out? Thank you! <3

Huh... am I missing something or have I misread entirely?

You're to get a CW voucher for the10th copy of an item sold (excluding recolors) right?

Because one of my items sold 12 in total and I never got a voucher. This item is the original item, I have no recolors of it on site yet.

The voucher you are referencing is given when you put 10 unique items onsite. (aka submit 10 unique items into the queue for approval) Selling x number of copies of an item only gives you csc / the profit made from the sales.
