Are you still having problems saving avatars? We had some server issues at the time, so I'm wondering if you're good now or if your problem was unrelated to that. Thank you :)

Hi! I'm a returning user to the site, and I'm unable to use the wardrobe. It just gives me a blank page and won't let me access anything in there. I use an HP laptop and Microsoft Edge. Thank you!

Can't use wardrobe on mobile or desktop using chrome. I stangely can't see custom wearable shops either just a blank page both mobile and desktop.

I'm a returning user and my avatar is broken/won't load! can you help me out please? I use Google Chrome and the avatar base/skin is just a broken image. Thank you!
I hope this is the right place. My wardrobe is unusable. It keeps telling me I need to be logged in to access it when I already am logged in. I'm using the latest version of Firefox and Windows 10. Tried logging out and then back in to no avail. (Idk if it's me or the site, though? Cause my ISP has a reputation for low performance and dropping randomly.)
EDIT: NVM IT WORKS NOW, DISREGARD.
EDIT EDIT: I can access my clothing but my avatar isn't saving?
I just wanna do mystery dances. ;_;
Hey there! I am not sure if I will be able to help but I can try! What mask are you trying to wear? Does it give you an error message when you try to save?
Also, could you try on another browser and see if it is firefox that is the problem?

Still works just fine down at the library computers though

hi im a returning user, my wardrobe will not load properly. I am using windows 10 and the newest version of firefox. when i click on the wardrobe tab it brings me to an empty page, when i try to refresh just brings me to the same thing. really hope this gets fixed, love the wardrobe and avatar features! hope i posted this properly.
, I don't remember what mask but I WAS able to make a new outfit + save it in Microsoft Edge. I think honestly it was just all the add-ons I have for Firefox. I'll try disabling the add-ons later and see if that makes a difference on Firefox.

Oddball has an HA but cannot see their wardrobe on Safari for Ipad. I don't think I can fix that xD

We'll look into this. Could you please let us know what Safari or iOS version you are on?
In the meantime, would you be able to try a different browser on your iPad to see if it works there? For example, Firefox or Chrome. That would give us a little more info about the problem too :)
