Please read this post before adding your report. Reports that do not follow these guidelines may take much longer to be addressed.

This megathread is for the following two issues only:

• Your avatar is a broken image
• Your wardrobe is completely unusable (for instance, it shows an error or is a blank white page)

Please post here if you have one (or both) of those issues. Please do NOT post here for general wardrobe problems, problems where only a section of the wardrobe is broken, or other problems with the avatar image (like items not showing up, pages showing an outdated avatar, etc)

Why a megathread? There's been a bit of confusion (on both staff and user sides) about where to report these, so most people end up either making a new topic, or posting on a topic that is not actually related to their issue, through no fault of their own. This makes it more likely for me to overlook the reports, and there have been some cases where I didn't notice until they've sat for days. Having a megathread means there is just one place for me to check for these reports, so they'll be seen and addressed MUCH faster! <3

Avatar is a broken image

☕ If you are a returning user whose avatar is broken now, please post on this thread saying so and ping and . Unfortunately, these need to be fixed manually for now - but the good news is that it's a very quick fix for most!

☕ If your avatar was fine before, and something caused it to break, please post on this thread with the following info:

• Describe what you were doing when the avatar broke
• If possible, describe what you think may have triggered the error

Please be aware that having a broken avatar, in most cases, means your wardrobe will be completely unusable too. But you only need to report the avatar, since it indicates a problem with the avatar data, and fixing the data should make your wardrobe work correctly again.

Completely broken wardrobe

This is for when your wardrobe is completely unusable. This is NOT for when just a section of the wardrobe is broken (like the hair salon page only, or the base page only). When the wardrobe is broken, it's likely that it's broken for everyone, not just you. Before you post, check recent admin posts in case staff have already posted about the issue.

When reporting, please include the following information:

• Your browser + browser version
• Your operating system and device information (including version numbers if possible)

And the following if possible/relevant:

• Describe how it is broken. Is it a blank white page? Is there an error message? Does the page load partially? If it is hard to describe, provide a screenshot if you can.
• What date and time the error started, or your best guess
• Do other pages on new.subeta.net work, or is the entire new.subeta.net site broken? For instance, check the home page
• Describe what you think may have triggered the error, if you think it was a specific action that led to it (- but usually this is not the case!)

Ah, I'm very sorry about that! I've fixed your avatar again, and I have made a note to look into your saved avatars. I recommend not trying to wear the broken saved avatars for now, since we know it can glitch your whole avatar - sorry for the inconvenience!

Would you mind letting me know a few examples of the broken saved avatars? You can copy-paste the outfit code from the saved outfits page - the codes should be in a text box under the outfit. If there are a lot, you don't have to paste all of them, just let me know like 3-4 examples and that will help a lot :) I will need to take a closer look but I am hopeful they can be fixed and restored!

Thanks! I've fixed yours up. You may need to go into the wardrobe and click "Wear" before it will show up everywhere on the website, but that should be all you have to do :)

No, unfortunately there are some major issues with the hair salon (you can see most of the bug reports in this subforum are about it), which we have been working on a major update to fix. Most people can still use it to some extent, but if it is not working for you right now, unfortunately I recommend just avoiding it until the big fix is done.
