Congratulations on your new house! How exciting. Having watched my parents do it I know it can be very stressful. I agree, that is something that would be very helpful to learn in school, both renting and buying and owning.

The propeller should be available for a month since it's a battle opponent as well as wearable. The wearable is one of the best I've seen a battle opponent and I'd be hard pressed to battle it. I'd have to just keep the skin unless I could buy two. I'm waiting to see what the CW pawn shop provides first. And I'm questing every day to use sP to buy csc still.
