Nothing exciting. Working and looking after the kids etc. Did manage to have a couple of nice meals out last week so that was good but back to my healthy eating this week. Managed to hit 50 lbs weight loss today :D

I just let myself go after my youngest was born, he will be 4 soon so can’t keep using that as an excuse anymore lol That and a global pandemic that targets overweight people was all it took 😆 I would love to say I am nearly done but I still have 28lbs to go to get to my target weight

It was and I love it’s a meal with veg that the kids don’t moan about eating. I make it healthier for them by using wholemeal pasta, light cheese and margarine and skimmed milk for the sauce

I just love comfort foods so much I have to stop myself eating too much :p
