Today wasn't a great day. I felt so ill last night and wasn't able to sleep for more than 4 hours in bed. I'm alright now though. About to try eating. I hope I won't feel ill after it. ;-;

Glad you feel better now ❤️ My day was nice, went out for lunch with my kids and my parents for an early birthday meal for my mum. Then just relaxed for the rest of the day, played some music, played with the kids etc.

My bf got takeout from one of our favorite Korean spots because we didn't want to bother with all the stuff that goes with eating out in a pandemic in our city (outdoor dining only, etc). He got bulgogi stew; a dish comprised of kimchi, pork, and steamed tofu; banchan (Korean side dishes); and rice. We finished the bulgogi dish and saved most of the other one for the following night's dinner. Dessert was very fancy cake from a Japanese bakery. I had a slice of crepe cake layered with fresh fruit and whipped cream, and my bf had a slice of chestnut sponge cake with whipped cream. It was all delicious and felt festive. 😊
