Post 85 I have been enjoying making and eating a chicken dish that is spicy and easy. It makes a yummy gravy in the pan, too. Thanks for asking.
What kind of good food do you make?
I like salads! Ones with lots of raw veggies, but not so much lettuce. I like to add roasted beans and peas, lemon pepper , olive oil and feta cheese. I love foods that go, "crunch!"

The last thing I made was pork with cranberry dijon sauce, roasted green beans with lemon zest, and mashed potatoes.

hubby really likes when I make hamburger pie... I don't know how to do pics but it is something like a shepherds pie sort of lol. Think of bottom layer like a meatloaf than instant mashed potato layer on top than cheese melted on top of that yummmy

OMG hubby just made a delicious pasta dinner with chicken meatballs and mozzarella pearls. He also made toasted rice crispy treats with a spiced rum caramel sauce... drools
