that shepherds pie sounds delish!

Hubby is the cook and tonight he made stir-fried rice with chicken, mushrooms, egg, corn, and green onions. It was sooo good! I'll probably make some banana 'ice cream' I have a few frozen bananas in the freezer that I'll throw in the food processor with a little coconut milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder. Healthy and yummy!!

what have you made recently that's yummy?

.... one of my very favorites that i made the other day is Eggplant Parmesan..frwxh grated mozerella and parmesan..crispy layered eggplant yummmm,,,hubby dowsnt like eggplant so he gets checken parmesan!! It is also something i order when we go out..see if they do it right hehhee

I ate veal meatballs, rice, and green beans for supper... that was the last yummy thing I ate. I bought the meatballs/rice at a local grocery store that makes prepared dishes... much better than frozen meals. Having lost my cook, I'm stuck with finding alternatives; however, it was nice to be able to enjoy my meal rather than just swallowing something for nutrition.

I like the sound of that eggplant! I was just thing about that yesterday,my hubby does not like it either. Your meal sounds yummy also!

The last yummy thing I made was sauerbraten burgers over rice with mixed veggies on the side. Had family staying with me as we were helping my brother and his crew move, so I needed something that would feed more than just me.

Oh my goodness , that sounds amazing. We have a German Restaurant we love to go to and sauerbraten is one of my favorites.

The last yummy thing I made was Chocolate Chunk cookies for my grandkids. :)

But I don't cook. LOL

Hmmm..... I made fried chicken in the air fryer tonight. Along with homemade alfredo noodles, and baby carrots. All the farm hands came to eat with us tonight, so I had some help....LOL what's the last yummy thing you ate or made?

Food! tonight I made up a meal. Eggy bread cooked in a omelette style. When it's done cooking? Bread down omelette up, stuff with ham, sliced tomato, cheese and shredded spinach, fold into a parcel, bread is bottom, bread on top! A deluxe sandwich in under 15 mins. EAT!! 😃
