I try to support local businesses when I can! There's a cafe that my wife and I love to frequent that is queer friendly (and also allows pets!) and we are getting our Halloween candy fix from a local shop that sells international confections as well as locally made chocolate.

Once when I was looking for jewelers on Etsy, I found a seller who happens to be from where I live! We commissioned her to design all of our rings and they came out fantastic. I'm not always able to shop local since we're from a pretty small area, but I do try to support independent artisans when possible.

I'm happy to hear of these things :) its still hard to think so many businesses are truly out forever though. But the local ones that still have things to offer get so much community love ❤ I still support my crystal seller and found a couple more. I still go for local food when I treat myself. And I have aspirations of things I'd like to do to help others if I ever get a house.

FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.

i try to support small local businesses whenever i can! im really lucky to have access to lots of independent restaurants and shops where i live so i always prioritize those over chain restaurants/stores!

my fam runs a local small business (in the Silicon Valley, so we're often up against these tech giants and most mom and pops like ours are going extinct in this area), so uh, yeh we could use the help <3
