Update: got MRI results back for my shoulder today. I have a serious build-up of scar tissue due to the combination of my inflammatory and connective tissue disorders. We tried a different sort of steroid injection to see if we can get the inflammation to go down enough for me to break up the scarring with a new series of stretches and exercises. Go back in 6 weeks to reassess, at which point we'll discuss the pros and cons of doing arthroscopic surgery to go in and manually remove some of it. Aside from that, I have an appointment to see a new neurologist beginning of January and still need to get update x-rays of my spine. It's just hard to motivate myself to make the x-ray appointment because there is a very real possibility that my current spinal issue could be the result of bony growths on my vertebrae and while I know that finding out about it sooner rather than later offers the best chance for a successful treatment, this is honestly the one potential symptom of my autoimmune disease that scares me the most.

If oven not working it maybe something called, a timer I think it controls the temperature. How do I know my oven crapped out, when we had company. I was so embarrassed.
