It's okay, I edited my post to say hi since we posted at about the same time. My day was alright, I went to work and then came home and made dinner. Now just winding down before bed on Subeta :) How was your day?

I have been busy off and on all day, highlight was finding fresh mint at my favorite store. I enjoy it in hot tea. Otherwise relaxing here on subeta after marathon chat with my youngest sister.

I got the worst news in the world today.... Because this information so now I have to release the bad man that lurks in my head ...he was locked away til today when someone broke the lock and threw it away .... I have lost my mind and I probably won't care to find it after all I am fucking crazy

I haven't had hot tea in awhile, but my favorite is a chai tea latte :) I've never tried mint in regular tea before. I guess I better change my HA now that Morostide has officially ended.

Regular tea and fresh mint is great just to drink or for headache or stomach ache where your running to the bathroom. Put a lot of the mint in your cup or mug, within less the an hour your good to go. But with headache I also take headache medicine. I need to change mine, too.

I get headaches A LOT :/ I've actually been dealing with a bad one for the past few days, just can't seem to get rid of it no matter what I take. So I will definitely look for fresh mint next time I'm at the store, thanks for the idea :)

I agree about the Pumpkin Patch. I didn't find a single one of Jaxon's minions and I had minion nip on. I haven't tried Quentin yet, gotta clear my inventory first.

Do your headaches go to migraine level? Do you have allergies? If you have a headache buy sinus headache medicine like excedrin sinus headache. I ask, because my allergies got to this level. Excedrin sinus heachache is like total magic.

Yes they go to migraine level frequently, it's the worst when that happens. I usually have to lay down in the dark because even light hurts. I have seasonal allergies that usually act up in the spring. Claritin helps a lot for them. I have been alternating between ibuprofen and Walmart brand headache relief pills. I will write down Excedrin sinus headache so I remember to look for them.

These will help, but seriously need to see an allergist. I asked, these questions I had real bad allergies, and I had sinus headaches so bad they went to migraine level 4-5 times per week. I went to an allergist, who had me doing sinus washes 3 times a day with bottled water mixed with Neilmed sinus rinse. They tried claritin, and they werent helping. I went all the way to allegra D, and it helped but not completely. I ended up taking the allegra and allergy shots. I took every shot it took to get to maintenance level, so worth it. I swear!!! This was about 8-10 years ago. Now I am just on allegra, and my allergies are more in control. But I still do sinus rinse as needed when I get a sinus headache, or travel to really dry climates outside US. My hubby is from Egypt.

I never even thought about a sinus rinse. I have gone to the doctor for a sinus infection previously and they didn't even mention a rinse :/ Just prescribed a stronger painkiller. Seriously allergist will set you right, I am so happy I went to one. I got tested for what I was allergic to. Regular dr might suggest sinus rinse, but may not know how frequent is necessary.
