hah what is sleep. i've also been trying to readjust my sleeping patterns, but i haven't succeeded so far...
i love because i often pick up my ginger kitty like this. when he's snuggled on my chair on my blankie, i pick the whole thing up so i can sit down and put him back on my lap ^^ (except he never looks grumpy)
but i also love because it looks like a top spot to snuggle in and have a nap, and on a rainy dreary day as we have here today i just want to crawl in there and disappear.

awww I feel you, and if I sleep I have weird dreams. The Breathing App, this was introduced to us at work for heart coherence, but if you do breathing exercises you will manage to fall asleep. Is not easy though because you need 5 min to concentrate only on breathing like 5 seconds in 1 second keep then 7 seconds out, there are different ones too.
