Why was I pinged by a cw group, instead of like siteupdate, or this being a news post.

I think I'm missing a number of the commonly missing items, but as I don't keep a list of all my items, I'm not entirely sure.

Fortunately I do keep a list of all my CWs, and I went through that (not something I was planning on spending time on today), and don't seem to be missing anything. Well there was one thing on the list that I don't have but I'm 95% sure I sold it months ago and just forgot to remove it from the list.

So far I am missing ALL of my Delish items! I don't know what else is gone...OMG...

It seems I'm missing the commonly named non CW items... Except the sheer black train / mascara as I hadn't gotten those yet..

I really don't remember every CW I've bought so how am I supposed to find those?!??!

This is such a ...... situation.. it really really sucks and I know I just don't have the time to check until early May for my missing items.. I really hate to think I might have lost some CWs and will have no way of getting them back

So far I'm not missing anything I really valued from what I can see so I am thankful for that. It's going to be tough for me to remember everything in my wardrobe, though (I don't keep a list). And I feel sorry for anyone that lost something important. This whole situation is just ridiculous and sad, it should not have happened, and should be in a news post not somewhat hidden away in the forums.....

All my custom wearables are missing (like the wig I'm wearing now "Swirly Berrylicious Teapot"). I had five of CWs and can't find any of them. I'm sure I am missing other things but I've never paid attention to the number in achievements and haven't done much in my wardrobe because the whole "100 items per page" thing is getting annoying. I have noticed a few things like , , or , but it should be my job to search through the thousands of items and only be reimbursed of what I can remember.

I had not thought about roll backs in a long time. I remember the emotional roller coaster rides of the past here. Subeta is the only website that has had the ability to effect me like this. That is an accomplishment in its own right. I will never leave Subeta. I will miss Subeta when it leaves me. It truly is a place that has its own lifeforce to it. I wish the best of luck to the recovery process wherever that road might lead.

Subeta users will forgive a lot of things. We deal with lag, site changes and updates that don't always feel for the better, rollbacks, major bugs, frequent page crashes, and little broken images. But to wake up one morning and realize many of your items could be missing without backup, and you don't know which ones are missing, and the site management expects YOU to come up with a list---it's going to be very hard to forgive that. It feels like a breach of trust. I'm joining the chorus of people saying this is unacceptable.

This also couldn't have happened at a more stressful time, when the last thing many of us need is to have to make the time and mental space to worry about Subeta.

Users stepping up and SubetaLodge coming to the rescue are worthy of applause but this is NOT their responsibility. To be clear, what needs to happen is that people need to get all of their items back asap, especially CWs, Cash Shop, and expensive/rare items, and we need transparent site announcements to keep us appraised of the progress. I place my trust in who I know works tirelessly to fix problems, but if there are no backups and the item list is entirely up to users and SubetaLodge to sort out, I am not sure if what needs to happen can happen.

I have thousands of items and hundreds of CWs and so far I have not noticed any missing CWs, so I might be one of the lucky ones. But I only keep a running list of my own CW releases and CWs that have been commissioned from me. I don't keep a SubetaLodge list (though you can believe I will be doing that from now on) and have no way to know if I'm missing something not in those categories.

My heart especially goes out to people who have massive CW collections, People who participate in the CW market as buyers, commissioners, and artists are a huge part of the life blood of this site. A lot of people are out a lot of real money. Some items are very personal and have sentimental value that cannot be compensated for by any amount of free CSC. You absolutely have to make a commitment to get everyone their items back. Find a way.

i'm more worried about the cw's. the thousands of dollars I've spent here in the past 8 years. Real money. (since I don't work and haven't for quite a while, this is Very Important that I actually use Real money for a pixels/ gaming site)

The reality of losing the cw's is heartbreaking to me.

The "no backup" floors me.

Don't they tell the most basic user, that you ALWAYS DO A BACKUP, preferably every month.

Remember those days, when we could back up our own subeta info.

I have tons of them. Eight years worth. I tried to search by 'delish' and nothing showed up at all. Then I went to the cash shop and found one I knew I had, which was the delish verid dress. Searched for that in particular. Nothing. Did a few more. Nothing. I'm desperately hoping its a glitch and will be fixed. I could figure out which ones are missing by going through the images - but I would need access to all of them, not just what's in there now. I have a lot of cw's in my account (thank God!) but also I'm not at all sure what is missing of those without looking for one. Ditto to Vanity and non-cw's. This is terrible.

I still have all my delish stuff, unless it's in the old but not new, can't get the new wardrobe to even load lol

lol coding / site management 101 is CREATE BACKUPS. this is literally a trash fire. i dont even want to go check my wardrobe you know why.... its not my responsibility to know what items I have, there should be set data for that, thats an owners job, take inventory. its gross you expect users to go through 1000's of items to look and see what they are missing.

that being said just give site ownership since you cannot handle it, they at least take care to update and fix all the messes that you make. i have never been that outwardly outspoken about my distaste for how things are handled on this site but congrats, this really takes the cake.

To be fair, users have taken t on themselves to try and figure out what is missing. We were not asked to, at least not that I have seen. I miss things though. ;x

I dared checking my Delish items and more importantly my CWs I don't seem to miss any of those, cannot account for any other item tho, as my wardrobe is huge and some items I have barely worn.

Disappointed that there is still no news post about this tho!

I second 100%, just hand it over to at this point. I too am usually never really vocal about my displeasure of stuff on this site but I'm just so absolutely livid. Nah, I'm good, not my responsibility to go out of my way to look through thousands of wearables to compile a list of things you done fucked up. It's already midday and this is still chilling in the forum graveyard instead of??? i dont know?? in the news feed?? I'll wait tho

If your Delish items aren't showing up, I think it's just the search function that is broken for the New Wardrobe because it does that to me as well giving me 'void' search results. Did you account search for the delish items? From what I'm aware, everyone is missing the same items from their accounts (if they owned said item) and if it's just not showing up for you, that may be just a bug of it not showing correctly. I have not seen anyone post about losing their delish items but if that's the case, it's none of the items I currently own.

I agree with everyone else :( is missing for sure as I tried to use it... I can't really even check when nothing loads all the way. I , too, have hundreds, if not more, of CWs and I didn't keep a list of them all 😢 Very sad...
