Currently going through my cw list, but I also am missing the from my wardrobe, so hopefully this means we can deduce some of what's been deleted from what others are missing.

There is no way I can see to make up for the lost CWs. Some of the items in my wardrobe are worth much more than their original slot price, some I've paid 5k+ for. Tossing someone a couple hundred csc as a consolation prize for their missing items, especially the ones that are limited/private/retired/released forever ago and cannot be repurchased is, quite frankly, insulting. We've been told countless times that you cannot just simply create more copies of CWs, so if that's the case, then we're all just shit out of luck.

Can't even rollback the site because no one bothered to check that it was properly backed up before pushing the changes. That's just irresponsible. Your users spend thousands of dollars on this website, you could at least make sure it's backing up. Even if it was supposed to be doing it automatically. I really, really hope something adequate can be done about this mess.

My wardrobe count was always too high compared with my SL count - I assumed some non-wears had somehow been added by QS at some point. Anyway, I can't check with that.

And yeah, I know staff was trying to reduce lag, but this may have been a bad decision to release the wardrobe during a major holiday when all the kinks haven't been fixed yet.

[edit] Oh yeah, also missing them Purple Boots too. That makes no: Acorn, Large Gourd Paint Pot, Purple Fluff Boots, Ruby Basic Flats; but I still have my strawberry and cummerbund.

Good to know that my Skirt that went missing wasn't just me going crazy. Although I have to agree that just being compensated with CSC isnt good enough when it concerns CW's. I know it's a bit of a gray area, especially if you have to use the honor system, but there are a lot of unobtainable items that people deserve to have returned to them. I'm thankful I have a small wardrobe, and regularly backup my wardrobe on subeta + save the html files onto my pc to compare. I dont care for any sP items that may be missing, I can just get them again eventually. But CWs are limited, and I'd rather have back the item than being compensated with CSC, especially since I sent in a ticket a week ago. I'm glad this has been addressed but it's a shame there were no backups being made.

Lol okay well i just checked my wardrobe, my items still shows up as broken images so i cant see which one i have. But when i go on 'cw's only' in my wardrobe, nothing comes up (even though i own a few cws) but when i click on all item, all of the cws shows up? So im hoping it didn't delete it. I am wearing one of the cw atm. So I'm thinking maybe its just one of those bug like broken image.

EDIT: Well i went through my saved outfit that has some of my cws, it still works. Just weird cause it doesn't show up when i click on 'cws only'

I had the Acorn as well and did an account search and didn't have it anymore. Bought it again. I seriously hope that they figure out what items got deleted. My wardrobe is massive and there is no way I'd be able to tell what's missing. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting.

I have rebought these items, but I shouldn't have to! I can't even check to see what if any CWsre missing either. I'm not touching that horrific New wardrobe until this all gets fixed. .

Is there literally no way for the staff to be able to create new copies to replace the lost ones of CWs? It doesn't seem like it would be impossible, if all else fails they can make a new CW that is functionally identical to the old one and give people copies of that, right? We just need to figure out which CWs got deleted, since it seems like most, if not all, of the missing items are missing for everyone who had them.

Wait. WHAT? Was this a one time thing or if I start digging for what may or may not be lost, am I at risk of loosing something else?? Can we roll back to the old wardrobe so I can count my stuff or do I have to guess? Was all the old data deleted? I like to give this site the benefit of the doubt but I'm like. Seriously pissed off about this..?

Maybe make it a more prominent OFFICIAL news post so other people who have a ton of shit like I do realize what happened sooner than later. Like what is even happening. This really isn't OK...

I have over 23k in my wardrobe and a large chunk of that is CWs. I don’t keep tabs of my CSC purchases. CWs and Cash shop items. I’m too afraid to go in my wardrobe. I did activate the new wardrobe but I can’t tell how many items I have there. I hope you to have this resolved soon.

Hot take: Subeta may have to give out more CSC than it normally does.

Mainly because certain CWs can't be repurchased and because you have to pay CSC to submit the flippin design in the first place.

I think no backups were made because this new wardrobe has not been in development for long enough. Keith only announced it like what, a week ago?
