So I have recently started playing after a couple years of being inactive and I went to my galleries and shops to add some things to them and discovered all but one are completely empty. I had a gallery of minions, a gallery of Christmas things, and one with things with hearts in them. All of which had millions of sP value in them. I don't know what happened or if something updated in my time away but I was hoping there would be a way to recover everything. Oh and when I hover over my shops to see them in the top drop menu, the ones that aren't working have a hazard sign beside them. Please halp! ❤

A while ago the staff updated the way shops and galleries worked to try to cut lag, because a lot of resources were holed up in users hoarding items for the Hoarder Achievement (which is now retired, I believe). Some people refused to move over to the new system and wouldn't take any of their items out of their old galleries. Maybe the staff introduced a protocol for that situation, as well as inactive users, that is resulting in what you are seeing.

I just wanted to fill you in on what happened; I'm sure a staff member will be along shortly to explain it in better detail and help you with your missing items.

Oh no!! Ahh I hope I can get my stuff, but I think maybe it is a lost cause if that's what happened and who knows how long ago. Thank you though for filling me in on what's happened! Makes more sense now.

Glad to hear this, as I have the same problem. Just come back to subeta after a loooong break and saw the thread 'what items should go back into circulation' linked on the front page and realised with glee that I have a stupidly overpriced 35mill book mentioned.

So I thought, great, that'll give me some ready Sp to splash around while I get back into the game and hoover up some of the new items. But, nope, it's in an old shop that I can't do anything with. This kind of puts me off getting back into Subeta, because it means I'm locked out from loads of my stuff.

Is there any way staff can extract specific items from my legacy shops?
