I'm not sure if this thread would be the place to mention, but I've been experiencing errors with the smail system when trying to send out smails. I keep getting these messages: "An error occurred. Please try again". And tried again and still getting those errors without any successful attempts.

If this is the wrong place to post this, if someone can redirect me to a better place to post, that would be helpful. Thanks! :)

I wanted to ask - it seems that my Richest User rank dropped drastically from Rank 41 on Oct 1st to Rank 1,106... and another friend also reported a huge gap for her.

Is there a way to verify if this is a post-maintenance bug, or if it's really our new reality?

Thanks for letting us know about these things, I just wanted to ask, is there no way to restore the missing comments? Someone commented me yesterday and I got the alert but there was no new comment when I went to look, and I don't know when I'll get the chance to ask them what they said.

yeah I think the richest user thing is a bug myself, i currently only have ~200k sp and my rank is 1,300th and i dont think Ive ever been quite that high on that ranking before. I should be a lot closer to 20,000 having that little sp.

I'm not asking for this to be fixed. I just want to press F for respect to the 650 or so people who have vanished and thank them for their sacrifice.

Ctrl-F5 fixed it for me, try that?

Was ctrl-F5 on Windows or Mac?

I think it's command-F5. It's been a while since I've used one.

Trades are not working. I'll keep placing a trade in hopes that it will take. I keep getting my item back instead of what I'm trading it for.
