The 24 hours theory makes sense. I quested late yesterday because RL caught up with me. I would much much prefer a midnight reset though, as that's easier to work around and I don't have to remember when it resets (like Dara's urgh)

Why can't she reset just like the rest of the quests? You have to do her quests first anyway so it makes no sense there's some specific reset time that differs from the rest ):

Just checked this morning to see if Shinwa was in the mood to nag me for her silly bracelet yet, she's reset for me now. Maybe the 24 hour theory is correct, because I think I quested yesterday morning. It's odd that only some people are being affected, but I know squat about coding, so really I wouldn't know what went wrong here. :P

Her quest reset for me. I'm not sure if the problem was resolved or it hit the 24 hr mark though.

So it looks like Shinwa reset at midnight for me this time like she's supposed to. Here's to hoping the issue is fixed for everybody.

She seems fixed, because I could only do her extremely late yesterday and this morning she is ready again! Heureka!

She reset for me before 24 hours since the last time I completed her quest, today. Here's to hoping the issue is resolved.

Did her quests around 9AM Subeta time yesterday. Checked earlier on phone and can confirm - she seems to have reset properly.
