Well, I just went to Raising Cane, because I had a craving for those tasty chicken fingers. And I got the box combo, which I always get, 'cuz it's my favorite.

Trader Joe's beefless bulgogi. I intentionally baked it for way too long as an experiment to see if I could turn it into jerky because it seemed similar in composition to some of the vegan jerkies on the market but it's a lot cheaper. It turned out all nice and chewy and a little crisp on the outside. I'll definitely be doing this again!

Just made and ate a microwave sandwich with mozzarella flavored cheese substitute, chicken and some basil on whole grain bread. I also ate half a piel de sapo melon. Now I'm drinking homemade iced coffee.

I had a mango yogurt about 7 hours ago. I should really go find something else to eat :')
