Visited my parents this afternoon, and Mom had made an "upside-down apple cake" which she served with vanilla ice cream. Oh my!

A kit-kat and a white mocha frap from starbucks XD I'm so healthy... but for lunch I will be having leftovers of my hubby's south west broccoli bacon mac and cheese so yay.

I don't know the exact name of it but I had a Vietnamese dish that read on the menu something along the lines of "fermented thick soup" w/ white fish, noodles, bean sprouts, cilantro, mint, etc. So much flavor! It was delicious.

I just made a salad for dinner. 2 hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, English cucumber, lots of cheese and croutons on top of spinach and arugula. topped with salt/pepper and ranch dressing. I really like salads =v= I just wish I had some baby beets to go with it!

chicken, vegetable and mushroom soup...and very nice it was too...

I had some very tasty stew. But that was around lunch and its almost dinner. I think I'll finish it off for dinner though.

Last thing I ate was a Snickers & Hazelnut. I do so love hazelnuts.

I had French vanilla coffee, Swiss cheese, and some peaches for breakfast.

Mixed greens, salmon, spicy salmon, tuna, extra masago, seaweed salad, thinly sliced cucumbers, ginger, green onions, crispy garlic topping, spicy mayo.

Filling, delicious, mostly healthy.

i literally just finished eating a banana, lol. I had some spaghetti before that o.o

Vegetarian meatballs (veggieballs?) with pasta. They weren't the best I've tried but they were ok, I just needed to do something quick for dinner.

I just had a steak and fries salad from Sheetz. With ranch and boom boom sauce. Yum!

We must be pretty close to each other if you're eating fries on a salad from Sheetz haha Sounds really yummy right now too!

Same here :D You'd be hard pressed to leave the Pittsburgh area and find somewhere that puts fries on a salad haha and I think Sheetz is mostly a Pa thing too

Diet creamy garlic pasta with salmon and spinach. It was delicious.
