Well tonight I had a big salad because I've been fairly bad about eating balanced the days before -- but I'd rather brag about the days before, in which I made fabulous black eyed peas and greens for New Years good luck! Soooo yummy and I always feel mildly magical making a traditional "good luck" food, even if I suspect most witches aren't using instant pots.

Crepes filled with vanilla pudding, and walnut cream and raisins, dipped in chocholate sauce topped with whipped cream ^.^
