I gave up playing since the last time I posted in this thread. I just tried again and it is still happening to me as well. I am playing on a laptop. I do not have any other computers to try it on. Chrome, windows 11

Checking this thread 8 months later and it still looks like it hasn't been fixed... shame, because I've mostly only been using my desktop (the computer it doesn't work on) aaaand... I actually found subeta when looking for a neopets Meerca chase clone! I can't play it, RIP. I haven't really been active in months so shrug

I've been itching for some flash games and thought to check again. Same problem, although I did figure out that the bug (dying after 3) happens when trying to turn. If I don't move and just let it go it's fine... until I hit the edge and die of course.

Any news on whether or not this is ever going to be fixed?

I just wanted to mention that I'm also experiencing this issue on my end, just in case any more info on the variety of cases cases might help figure out the root of the issue! I know it's not as high of a priority, but I figured I may as well.

Just here to say that I'm also experiencing this issue. I tried on Chrome and Edge, and it's doesn't go past the 3rd splotch.

Glad I found this thread, I just started playing a few days ago but I keep running into the same three blob and death issue. My laptop is a Dell G15, it's meant for gaming as well but for some reason, I just can't get the game to work. I haven't tried in any different tabs yet but I'm trying on Microsoft Edge.

Glad I saw this thread I had issues logging in (my fault I prefer Opera and it wont load on opera). I tried playing spectrail on chrome windows 10, the bug happens AFTER collecting the third blotch and ONLY if you move. I played it on easy, medium and hard( I mostly play hard thought it was there), no gray splotches happened in front of me when i collected the third so I let my character move first to see and its anytime you move left right, up or down after collecting the third splotch. This is the only game I truly love other than 2048 on here lol

Sadly this game is still bugged for me as well, in the same way others have described here. After the 3rd splotch I turn and lose. I understand the games are low priority with the site rework happening, but I miss spectrail, lol.

Also experiencing this on Firefox Version 133.0.3 on Windows 10. All three difficulties. I collect three blobs, turn, and it's game over.
