For this particular item though, I feel like you can't consider only the stat booster side of things, since it's also a food and a book. I'm probably not the only one who would like to eventually maybe get additional copies for those purposes because I like working towards completing collections.

This one is just tough because it's sort of everything, so it's different from other items that are just a food or just a book and can be rare without needing to be extremely rare for other reasons or something.

I mean, 1-20 isn't exactly GOOD for a stat booster. Ya you got all those high up numbers, but you still have just as equal of odds of getting the low numbers. It's really not worth any more than a few tomes. :x That's the problem with any booster though, we can value it in the terms of tomes ha. And there are definitely people that want it just for the achieve, just for the food and just for the book purposes. Which are all reasonable.

If they made this item a CSC item, there might be more in circulation. You can either wait the two years to try to get one by chance or pay to have it. Just an opinion.
