i've got the stuff to make a 'spring peas in orecchiette LIDIA BASTIANICH asparagus and peas orecchiette (but Georgie doesn't like asparagus)

I might make that this week also. of course. if i wait another week or 2, i can probably get fresh peas and asparagus from the store.

Interesting, mine had no sauce just the chicken broth. It was pretty good and easy. I LOOOOVE asparagus, I really don’t eat it enough though. We are having left overs tonight. Maybe Ill feel better tomorrow and actually make something. I was gonna bring it from home for lunch but we had soup here and figured it was good enough XD

I never really like asparagus all that much, till I went and lived with my Grandmother for a while. And she had fresh growing in her garden. she'd have me go down and pick it for her, and i used to eat it right there. oh my. was it SO GOOD. :)

but you understand. nothing taste as good as fresh from the garden. :)

Aint that the truth, my husband only REALLY likes home grown tomotoes. I just got a new seasoning, its chili, lime and cilantro to sprinkle on tomatoes to each straight. Are you ready for survival?
