It is what it is. I am happy for the other people who moved up the list. Just disappointed for myself, lol. Again,l thanks for taking the time to verify it all.
Are you saying that the HS list is correct now or just the numbers that show on our achievement page?

The achievements page. But as far as I can tell, the numbers on the HS match up to the achievements page right now.

Some people still need to update their score by going to the achievement page, like Pumpkin, once she gets her score updated, most of the top 10 will move one place up..
My bad, you are correct! The numbers did not match up. Sorry, I have been staring at a lot of numbers lately x_x
Anyway, I'm working on moving the achievements high scores to the newer high scores system now so that will resolve the high scores issues :)
[edit] Thought you would also like to know. Everyone had the right count, but the high scores table wasn't updated with those counts. Once I've moved the high scores over to the new system (which I'm doing now), those scores will match up with the counts on the achievements page. (Sorry I know this is super confusing! Feel free to ask if you have questions.)

- So, the list has been moved and is now totally correct? I'm a bit frustrated because the people I was just under on the old list are still way at the top, and I've fallen quite a ways behind. A couple people don't appear to have lost much, if anything. Sorry - just confused and wondering how on earth this happened without my noticing since this is pretty much my main focus here.
I know it's frustrating, but the numbers previously on the list were incorrect. There were long-term problems with the achievement counter and this isn't the first bug report about it; it's a problem that's been frustrating us all for a long time now. The numbers you see now are the result of a total re-count meant to fix these issues once and for all.

So a few things to conclude!
- The high scores table for achievements was put up yesterday, and the numbers update when you view a person's achievements page. So it may take a day or two for all the numbers to update because people have to view their achievement page.
- Some achievements, mostly older ones, had glitched data that Bug mass-fixed.
- If anyone has "missing achievements" in the sense that they SHOULD have an achievement, but don't, please file a ticket instead of reporting it on a new board, since these need to be manually checked and awarded by a UA.
Again, the counting system has been broken for a while now. I know it is frustrating that counts are different now but if we are to make any progress on the site, we have to fix things. Thank you to everyone that has been posting to help fix these issues.
Since this is resolved, I am going to go ahead and lock this up. I will leave this up for a bit so people can read over what has happened and what has changed. If you have "missing achievements" in the sense that you're not missing any specific achievement that you're aware of, BUT you have reason to believe the achievement count you have is incorrect, please let me know and I will contact the right people.
