Thanks for the update! I noticed my number was changing around. So one thing I noticed is I had 1050, then it went down to 1043. And I also noticed this on the achievements page: 7 legacy achievements are not counted. So does that mean legacy achievements no longer "count" towards our total number?

As I mentioned, I will look into the accuracy of the High Scores table after I fix the remaining issues affecting the counts.

I'm pretty sure legacy achievements never counted (?) since they were from an older achievement system. On the High Scores page, it says "This score does not include legacy achievements." So it definitely never counted (or at least, was not supposed to count) for your official score.

On the achievements page itself, I decided to go with the current wording because it breaks it down more clearly what is included or not. And if you want to know your total including everything, you can just add them together.

No worries, I understand. I'd be anxious (and frustrated) in your shoes too. You have a really impressive achievement number and you clearly put a lot into it over the years!

Please rest assured that none of that time and effort is wasted. You still have all the achievements you've earned and you won't have to earn anything all over again. All that's going to change is making sure they are counted and updated correctly. (And if you do notice any achievements you used to have, but don't have anymore, please let me know which and I'll definitely make sure it's corrected!)

Do you think it would help if I just temporarily took down that high scores table, so you don't have to look at it - since it's probably not accurate right now anyway?

My counter was glitchy for years actually, since the move to the revamped page and I lost some retired achievements that I got, I tried to fix it with tickets but there was no solution and at some point it became too old to even prove that I got them and I just gave up ?

Okay, I wouldn't have known if they were counted before or not, since I've never looked at the high scores honestly haha. I suppose it makes sense though if they are SO old they were on an entirely different and now defunct system!

Two crazy tiny suggestions if I may:

1. Possibly change the wording from "are not counted" to "are not included in this total" idk this might just me being nit picky but the wording felt confusing especially if you didn't see the numbers switch around like I did?
2. Maybe you could have that part of the sentence ("are not counted" or if you so choose to change the wording) link to the high score table? I don't know where it is right now personally and those ones not counting is related to that table so ya just an idea! I could see waiting to do that till you work out any issues on the table though. (:

Hmm, I just noticed this evening that my achievement count has gone down by 2. I haven't earned any new achievements super recently or anything either, so IDK what triggered it. Or which 2 are supposedly missing lol.

I wonder if this has anything to do with stuff being moved over to the new high score tables or anything? Or just some random glitch. I feel like my achievement count was never really fully corrected after achievements were moved to the new system a few years ago anyway, so maybe it's kind of correcting itself now? I don't know though.

2494(after the fix)+23(legacy)+7(missing)=2524 it's exactly how my count supposed to be before the fix, but I missed 7 achievements, so those 7 are still not counting..

I wonder if maybe some sort of script or something could be implemented to go through and recount and fix people's achievement counts on demand if they choose or something, because I don't have time to go through and recount nearly 2,000 achievements by hand to make sure it's correct. lol

My score is correct, but I have four "missing" ones. No clue what those could be, but it's just four and I only have 1315 (I counted 1319 when keeping track of achieves). I won't be nitpicky in my case as I don't have a massive amount to begin with.

I appreciate all the hard work being put into fixing things! I will continue to keep track of my achieves until the more solid post rolls in. Just in case. I'm also kind of impressed I got almost 100 achieves since the 29th lmao

I haven't been keeping track of my exact achievement count as I've been trying to earn more, but I'm fairly sure all the missing ones have been restored!

Yeah, there was something like that for when forum titles were accidentally being awarded when they shouldn't have been, so people could reset their list of titles they had actually earned.

Of course, there aren't as many forum titles as there are achievements, so this might be more difficult, but hopefully something can be done. Because I think probably multiple people's achievement counts were never really fully correct after the move to the new system, so who knows really if the high score list is 100% accurate anyway unless everyone counts their achievements by hand lol.

[edit]@ Bug I noticed the other day when I was going through my Games achievements that I have earned the Let it Slide achievement for having earned various other achievements related to Saheric Slide and it shows the Take Five achievement as being earned, but the Take Five achievement individually is showing as unearned (2/10) in the list. Just bringing it up now since it may be related to the glitched achievement data you mentioned, is this something I should create a ticket about or is it the sort of thing you're looking into regarding the remaining incorrect achievements and stuff like that?
