I ended up going with this Saintly Demon Lady theme. I wanted it to have this strange, quiet serenity to it and I think I pulled it off. Plus I got to use that bodice from last Morostide, which I've been itching to do for a while...

There is already a lot of good entries ( yours this week is soo good) it's going to be hard to compete lol.
It was surprisingly hard to find some clothes for my little nasty gal!! I wish there was a big ol bag dress I could slap on her. I wanted a simple witch living in a desaturated world without all the niceties I would usually think of like a hat, hut, and cauldron but everything's so bright and coiffed and clean!! The more time I spent trying to find rags for my grimy ghoul the more I started thinking of her backstory and the worse I felt for her lol. I feel like she just happened to become a witch centuries ago because she was desperate for luxuries and just a feeling of stability in her life and succumbed to the temptation. But now all she is is a transient who lives far away from the light where people can find her. She can never have a home or feel secure or have nice clothes or good food but she knows it's because of the choice she made and now takes it in stride and drifts from shadow to shadow keeping to herself. It's not like she was ever especially nice or anymore worthy of sympathy compared to her peers but she's just become such a decent and mature person and I love her lol. Private Outfit
