CHALLENGE 147: Make an avatar using one of the Spotted Jellyhats!

Subeta sure is a weird place, in the same layer you can find some really gorgeous hats and then you just stumble over some of the weirdest items you forgot about and just think "That's a challenge to use." Well, since Stimulate is a weekly challenge, this is the perfect way to torture you challenge you to try something completely different, like weird hats that clip inside any hair you are going to try.
