I start January 21, so I have six weeks to scratch up the required tools. I should look into prices for the books.

With a pass in place, I wont need to use the bus unless I want to.

I'm going alone to pick up my glasses, and run some errands after.

comes back from the Cash Shop THAT is a very good question! Only options I find are Millionaire Center and Loyalty Totem.

The textbooks are often exorbitantly expensive, so do check those out early, just in case!

and To buy pet slots with CSC, you go to your pets page (the one with the option to adopt, create, etc, at the top). There is a line toward the top of the page that says "You are using ___ of your 10 pet slots. Buy more?" Clicking on that link takes you to the page to buy a slot. But it costs 2000 CSC!!! (I had stumbled on this before which is the only reason I knew how to find it.)

Glad you'll have help with the books! It's amazing how good it is to put on a new prescription for the first time. For me, it seems like the colors are all so much brighter. I distinctly remember getting my very first pair as a child; I hung out the window all the way home chattering about how bright everything was and all the things I could see. Yay for your achievements!

Bah! I (think I did) get Melody for 3 days straight but missed the bathhouse again. Yeesh. Everybody is getting all geared up for snowy winters. I am cold. Brr.

It only gets cold here after sunset. Even during winter I can march around with ona layer and still feel roasted.

I took about thirty minutes to get used to them.

Here too, but when I come down to my computer, it's 10pm subeta-time and 5am here, so it's a bit unheated. Brr. It will warm up during the day and I will thaw out. :) Thanks for responding. :D
