did you check my avatar, it’s doing the same as JHylla’s wardrobe, what would cause it?

no it’s not the internet and my iPad is new. When I go to the wardrobe right now it’s appearing to be normal but two hours from now it’ll be different, it says when it’s broken I need to updat the wardrobe and I’ve done that a few times and it doesn’t work. I might capture the avatar in the wardrobe but then no one sees it on the sidebar. Thank you for checking it for me, my virus appears broke too, would that be because the avatar was broke?

ive been having this same problem recently. Sometimes it works other times it won't. I get the same message to update wardrobe. Also there are times when nothing will load.

so i wasnt sure whether to post here or on the other thread, but my avatar is a broken image, but also when i go into my wardrobe, i can't wear anything. the avatar section wont load at all, can't hit the 'wear now' button bc it never appears?

My wardrobe is all kinds of angry...stuff kinda works when it wants to. Right now saved outfits won't load when they would before but the consistent problem seems to be that the HA preview doesn't load and I can't save or wear it?

Love you guys, you work SO HARD. <3 I like to check on my virus progression but change into something fancy for kissing but I will kiss ugly tonight lol

edit: I can't remove my virus skin and so can't sign up for a new virus, sorry if it's already a thing? :(
Windows 10, google chrome. Clearing the cache did nothing, sadly... tried wardrobe on Edge with no luck.

I’ve been on stage 5 for several hours now, I was one day behind or one stage, now I’m two stages behind others, if everyone turn to stage 8 this evening, I’ll be 3 stages behind. I’m only behind because if the problems or issues of survival. I actually started as soon as survival started but because of the issues, I had to remove it a few times.
It’s seems I’m not the only one having wardrobe issues, avatar and being able to use the settings in it.

thank you for the advice on clearing the cache on the iPad, it appears to have worked. I can see my avatar in wardrobe along with the saved outfits, which I wasn’t seeing. Also I noticed my virus progressed. I really appreciate your help and apologize for not being clear on explaining it. I know you’ve all been very busy with issues and appreciate your time and help.

unfortunately i'm still having the issue... i cleared my cache and logged in'n'out to see if it'd help at all but it hasn't really worked at all ^^;

when i open the wardrobe, it just looks like this, and clicking onto other tabs like items or base doesn't do anything https://imgur.com/a/Dhjtrjb

Cant change my outfit or anything which kind of sucks, caterkiller looks extra silly with clothes and a face on a cocoon lol.
