hi, i seem to be having the same broken avatar problem as a few other people had a few days ago but it hasn't resolved itself, even after clearing my browser cache and clicking 'wear now.' i tried saving the outfit first and got a broken image. this is the URL: https://sapi.subeta.net/avatar/694590.png?x=1582047999
can bite for: bindi bite & death roe. ♥
I'm also having issues with my HA still showing as a broken image after going back to the wardrobe and clicking "wear now" and clearing my cache several times.
I have the ability to clear your HAs if you give me permission!

attempting to wear or save a skin (zapper or zombie) breaks my avatar and gives me a 500 error (?) when i try to view the image, though in the wardrobe itself it works fine?
eg Outfit Not Found when i load it, the skin is displayed w no issues in the wardrobe but gives a broken image on-site; removing the skin resolves the issue for the on-site avatar

Just some quick communication on avatar problems you may be experiencing today:
This morning we did another necessary coding upgrade, this time affecting avatar coding. We had tested avatars before going live with the upgrade, so we really thought this would happen with no issues! Well, you know how, even with our best efforts, unexpected problems can happen.
I am currently looking into broken avatar images. I am doing my best to fix everything before Survival starts tomorrow. It would be ideal to have this fixed AND be on the upgraded version of everything :) But, if I'm not able to fix them in time, we will roll back the upgrade and try again after Survival.
Thank you again for your patience - I know it really sucks when avatars just break without warning like this. I'll continue providing updates as necessary. <3

Same problem as jensen above- skins of both types are being screwy right now. Tested it with both a zombie strain and a zapper skin. Funny enough, my avatar used a zombie skin and was just fine before I went to the wardrobe!

If you are still seeing broken images (after clearing browser cache) please post here with the URL of the broken image and I will be on it! No other information is needed.
Thank you so much <3 And sorry for all the siteupdate pings lately!! I figure it's better to over-ping than to not communicate enough "^^ especially with things like avatars, where the problem could be affecting a lot of people.

Ooh, yay! Seems to be working for me now, with and without zombie skins.
(I guess it was probably the zombie skin I was wearing that caused it to still be broken earlier)
Are you still having problems with your wardrobe drawers right now? And is it just that one drawer (Delish) or are ALL of your drawers not working?
