I signed up for a new strain when my old strain was unlocked as a skin and.... I’m still waiting for an event to get my second one... is this normal?

Um first one. HA won't load and clicking on the items, outfits, skins, etc won't change anything.

I filed a ticket but was advised to post here. My HA won’t show up in the wardrobe at all, there isn’t a Wear or Save button showing, and when I click on the different links in the wardrobe, it won’t take me to those pages (outfits, skins, items, etc). It didn’t show my active strain at all but I had gotten the event that it reached its final stage and have since started a new strain.

It took me 24 hours just to reach stage 2, and it's taking me yet another full 24 hours just to reach stage 3. Strains are not supposed to take a full 24 hours to progress to the next stage. Regardless of cache clearing. I tried that and did nothing - my strain is progressing way too slowly. Is this a glitch, or are strains now progressing 24 hours at a time? I should be on stage 3 or even stage 4 by now. Call me impatient but I was hoping to get at least 4 strains in this year, but with how slow Grosseries is progressing I'll only get three, and this will take me 8 whole days.

I think I'm having the same issues as None of the links except Organize Items works in my wardrobe.

Small rant: I'm getting to where I hate events and maybe should just stop playing...

I'm having the first issue. There's a blank space where my avatar should be in the wardrobe (it doesn't have that message about loading my avatar and I can see the items I am wearing across the left side) and clicking the first five links across the top (all but organize items and back to Subeta) does nothing. The 'Wear Now' and 'Save to Shared Outfits' buttons aren't appearing as well. There's just a blank column in the middle where those and my avatar should be

I can create an outfit in the wardrobe and save it, and it shows me wearing clothes and having a background, but then I look at myself on the forum posts or on the main page, and I only have panties on, my makeup, and my dog. Lol Yes, I cleared my cache and signed back in again, and it didn't help.

Same problem..I added two pieces to my outfit and they aren't showing up on my dashboard/the forums at all..but when I go back into my wardrobe, my avatar is correct.

same! figured i hadnt clicked save but nope, sure enough when i went back to the wardrobe the new avi was there. weird

I’m having some massive problems with my wardrobe at the moment. When I open the wardrobe it takes me to a page showing as normal just without my avatar First page here. My avatar does not appear anywhere on the page, even when I scroll down. When I click a link at the top the page shows that I had clicked the link by changing the url but does not actually load the page as can be seen here.. If I reload the page after clicking a link I can load that page for example here but my avatar never loads so even by reloading I can change my avatar.

I have cleared my cache, tried google chrome, safari, both of my tablet and mobile. I’ve tried chrome on two different desktops each with cleared caches. I’m not sure what else to try. Any ideas?

Edit: When I loaded the skin tab and clicked a skin, then removed it I was able to save my avatar and the whole wardrobe worked! It's fixed it and now when I open the wardrobe it works as intended!

Haven't been able to see my avi in the wardrobe since the event began. Tried every trick I could find. Nada.
I am fed up.

I got the event notice for my 2nd strain (The Vapors) Friday at 9:44 am. It has now been 34-1/2 hours and I am still on stage 2. It seem to be taking too long to move through the stages. Last year I was able to get 4 strains done. I had Grosseries strain first and it got hung up at the first stage and on the 7th.

Wardrobe doesn't work for me. 😔 I see the list of the items I'm currently wearing, I see the whole "Beta Wardrobe" text and all the bits on that side. I see the top Items/Base/Skins/etc buttons. But I can't do anything to change or save my HA, change my skin or do anything else.

Im having the same issue that many are havings. Wardrobe just doesnt load and the save and wear button disppear completly. It was working fine this morning until I unlock my first skin. In fact I had to save my outfit to unlock it. I got bitten again and I couldnt see if I was infected so I check the wardrobe and it broke.

Im on chrome on movil id it helps.

I seem to be having the same issue as everyone else with the wardrobe showing a blank space where my avatar should be. There's no save or wear button either and none of the links at the top actually work. I'm sorry this seems be to a problem with so many of us but thank you for working on it :)

I'm using chrome on windows 7 if that helps.

When I open my wardrobe, i get that loading page that talks about converting my avatar, and it doesn't go away. The interesting thing is that if i open the skins page in a new tab, i can access my skins. Then when i click on a skin, my ha appears along with the missing buttons, so i think I can change my skin, although with my current zombie strain, I'm not too sure about that.

I noticed the problems with chrome, cleared cache, still had issues, switched browsers to samsung Internet, still problems, cleared cache, nothing. I have no idea what else to try.

Avatar not showing up in wardrobe since this morning. It is now past midnight and still no avatar.

I'm having this problem again, with the addition of being unable to see any categories. I am on mobile Chrome this time though.

Edit: the item categories are loading, they're just being slow. I'm only having the missing HA and wear button issue.

I managed to resave my avatar to force my last infection into finishing but now my avatar is just gone again, as well I can't save again :C
