it was a hair drawer, a few of the items are
Hey so, it seems like those items were in fact stuck in the deleted drawer! I've gone ahead and manually moved them to unsorted.
However, due to the way caching is set up for the item search, it may take up to an hour or so before the items show up in your wardrobe correctly when sorting by Drawer: None. You can try it now, but if it is still not working, please wait about an hour and try again.

two items that I own are not showing up on my current HA. I have tried clearing my cache but that still doesn't work.
- had this for a long time (over a month) - bought and put in my wardrobe yesterday

I just realized the items that aren't showing are the ones that are behind the HA's base. I think it's just the virus is acting like whiteout and not showing anything behind it
I lost my infection, I think because it advanced before the skins have been added to the wardrobe, I really do not want to have to start over and be forced to wait it out again so could it possibly be unlocked for me when they've been added please? It was Metal, I also sent a ticket.

I am having problems with drawers that I created after the big update issues. Sets, Delish, Trunks, and Vanity and Cash shop are the drawers that don't show up. I can see that the categories have been applied in organize items. Thanks for looking into this for me.
This is my third time posting, I'm still having the same issues. My wardrobe will not load at all and is unresponsive. I've been having this issue since before Luminaire.. Please help me fix my wardrobe, dressing up is my favorite thing to do here, and I really miss it :<

However, unfortunately I had to clear your virus progression. Could you please remind me which virus and which stage you were on, and I'll make sure to put it back correctly and you won't lose any time. <p>[edit]I should probably add that the &;Wear Now&; and &;Save to Shared Outfits&; buttons aren&;t appearing as well. There&;s just a blank column in the middle where those and my avatar should be.
I made a ticket but thought I would talk about a problem I’m having in wardrobe. The new skins are listed and don’t show up, just a white area under the name. I removed my new skin, it still doesn’t show in the wardrobe but I can put it on, then it shows on my avatar. I was asked to take a screenshot but I’m on my iPad and don’t know how. Is there anything you can do or tell me what the issue might be please?

Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding your description. It sounds like you are unable to see the images for the new skins under the "Skins" section of the wardrobe? Do the other skins show up correctly there?

answer to your first question is, “yes,” the second question is yes for all original skins. Just the new skins are not showing up. It does however let me put the skin on the avatar and it shows on the avatar but not in the wardrobe. I did at it to wardrobe when I finished level 8.
Update: I cleared cache, I can see them now. Thank you very much for responding, I appreciate it ????
Hm, it doesn't seem to be fixed. I also tried clearing my cache and closing out of my browser completely again after your possible fix, but it's still showing up the same way.

is this where I post for help with my outfit? I click wear now and it says im wearing it on site but when I go back my avatar is naked. I have tried repeatedly but it hasn't worked

What items are you trying to put on, and are you sure those items are in your wardrobe?
