So I drank a Lotus vial at 4:00pm roughly yesterday and even with Keith's work around suggestion of saving my avatar after the HA loading issue was resolved, it still refuses to show on my HA or the Healer. I'd be fine if it's still progressing even though I can't see it for the time being but I have no way to check and I'm starting to panic. I don't want to reset my strain now as I'm hearing from others effected that it may or may not solve the problem and it's been a number of hours which meens less time to get another strain at the end of survival ( and ruining my plans I made since last year). I know it's being worked on and others are still effected but I can at lest get a heads up that it is or isn't progressing so I can decide weather to wait it out or get a different strain that isn't effected >_<, sooner the better so I don't waste more time if I have to remove this.

Having the same issue. Really disappointed, because I didn't have the ability to do much last Survival because of work. Hoping it's just not showing but progressing as normal, because I'd hate to lose time for such a limited time event due to bugs.

Have the same issue too, got infected with blistered hearts well over 12 (maybe even 15) hours ago and healer and VIP page both sat I'm infected but there's no visible marks on my naked HA whatsoever :/

I'm still waiting on Fevermore. I hope it's just the images being broken. I don't want to sign up again and have it be for nothing, or have it reset my progress if it really is just the images.

Same here, still no infection on my HA's eye from Eyesore, even though the VIP and healer say I'm infected, sent a ticket but not even had it assigned yet (I think most of the staff are from the US, we could do with staff from other countries to be more time zone friendly), I'm worried that I'll either have to cancel and start over (And getting that particular strain took ages anyway), or when it does show it won't catch up to the point it should be at since I got the alert last night and instead progress from there, having made the last half a day or so for nothing.

In hindsight, choosing a virus with only 6 stages first was a good idea. I do hope there will be a way to speed up progressions to make up for lost time, though. I even made a suggestion thread.

On the same boat, took bulbous like 5 vials due to the glitch and nothing on my ha. I made a ticket no response. Switched vials to lotus since I saw some people with the first stage nothing still. Switched back to bulbous and still nothing. The enthusiasm for survival is a bit stale now.

I guess its just a case of waiting.

Msday also can't so it might be that some people can see their HA at the healer and some cannot.

I can see mine, though nothing updated, though after trying to save my HA in the wardrobe again for a breaf moment it didn't want to load that the healer.

For now all we can do is wait :/, I don't want to remove my strain for nothing and I planed abit of a schedule with what viruses to get since Survival last year. Though already it seems that's not going to happen. I just hope I can get more then a single strain this year. The new ones are starting to progress already and yet I can't see what mine is doing.

Edit: Checked that and still see nothing, I'm about to throw in the towel and give up that i'll get any skins this year unless it's the new strains and even those might break later at this rate.

I've been waiting all day, I seriously hope they do something to make up for lost time, like speed up our stuck viruses, or have them skip to stage 2. They can refund and make cancelling free, but there's not much besides extending the holiday or shortening the progressions that they can do to make up all the time that's passed.

Yes, I too have a plan, I want all the strains so Im starting at 2009, I got a lot over the years, now Im trying to be organised, but we know what happens to plans...

Took a (third) vial after the second time it was "fixed": the Healer tells me I'm infected, but is only showing kisses. I've hit "wear now" in my wardrobe, and also after actually changing outfits. Still nothing re: infection, but it might be clearing the kiss hexes. This is me:

[Edit]I'm waiting to update my ticket once I find out if I'm actually infected and progressing, or if I'm going to need more vials. I've been refunded by staff for one of my three vials so far (via the ticket system if you need to, too).

I don't even care about refunds anymore, I just want that time made up to me, either by speeding up progression for all viruses except the new ones that people are already progressing on, or skipping to stage 2 since we should be there by now if we got infected last night.

I also drank a vial when the last fix was pushed yesterday, and the stage 1 is still not showing on my HA even though vials should be instant to reach stage 1. Every other part of the site indicates I have an infection, except nothing showing on HA.

I presume it is not a HA cache issue because I can make changes to my HA/Skins an see the update live by viewing the HA image directly

This makes me very anxious because I don't want to wait 3-4 days to find out nothing has progressed :x

: yes exactly. this is the second time I've been told it was fixed, and I still can't verify what's happening with my HA.

I really hope the staff actually say something soon (Nothing from them for nearly half the day now) and tell us what's going on. Urgh, I do wish we had some that lived in different places so it could be more time zone friendly. Time zones ruin everything!!!

I also took a vial. I've already started over once because I was scared it was broken, but there's still no sign of it. I need some proper reassurance that I'm actually infected.
